Visiting a UNESCO site is always a treat, and even more so with this tour! My guide, Truong, was very helpful in organizing the tour and super knowledgeable about My Son and the surrounding areas. I learned a ton of information about the history, both recent and ancient, surrounding My Son. I would highly recommend taking this tour, as it is an easy way to see My Son. I would also highly recommend going in the morning as you avoid the majority of the heat and the crowds. Please note, you should wear suitable walking shoes, as you will be walking a lot! Also bring some sunscreen as there isn’t a lot of shade around the structures!

Vu was an amazing guide. He is very knowledgeable, and took his time to create as full and enjoyable an experience for us as possible while also allowing us to explore on our own terms. We learned so much from him not just about My Son, but about Vietnam in general and what makes it such a wonderful place. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.

I am sorry to say I cannot recommend this package, as it is not really a package. It is just a ride from the hotel to My Son. No guide or temple tickets as the listing implies. At over $100, the price is absurd. You csn easily use a Grab taxi for half the price. My Son is worth visiting, but wear sturdy shoes with a good grip. Do not eat at the restaurant at entrance (as our "guide" told us to do before he left us on our own). Food is mediocre at best. Service is poor. Go inside and get a drink and Banh Mi.

We had a private tour with Mr. Nhược. Not only we learned about My Son but thanks to him we learned so many things about Vietnam and the culture. He was very kind and informative, and we had a lovely afternoon thanks to him. We definitely recommend seeing My Son with Mr. Nhược if you have time!

The trip from Hoi An to My Son was awesome. We were at 06:00 am at the entrance and the driver was careful driving at that time of the morning. He waited for us and brought back to Hoi An when we finished the visit. In total, slightly more than 4 hours. The driver was very helpful, kind and was ready at the meeting time (05:00 am). We paid the trip after finishing it and that point was an aspect we liked about this agency, it is a proof f how sure they are of the good service they provide. While booking it the day before of the trip, Ben gave us all the information required to decide the most suitable trip for our needs. Definitely, a very good experience with this agency.

Excellent tour. Bus was comfortable and cool. Our guide, Vu, was knowledgeable and guided us around avoiding the big groups and crowds. He was able to answer all our questions not just about My Son but the culture of some of the different Vietnamese and ethnic cultures. Highly recommend. You must have a guide to understand My Son.

Beautiful Temple in well maintained grounds. Took about 2 hours to walk around a fairly flat route. Electric train takes you up to the site from the car park. Interesting history with our guid who spoke good English. Cafe at the end did very good food and mango milkshake.

Fantastic. One of my favourite tours in Vietnam so far (this is my second time visiting the country). The main reason for my experience was my outstanding tour guide Trấn Nguyễn. He is knowledgeable and so much fun to talk to. I also learnt some interesting insights about Vietnamese society today. He took some amazing photos of me which I will treasure.

This tour was sensational, Vu was extremely knowledgable, had excellent english and did not rush you through the area. He happily answered every question we threw his way and was happy to chat about things we queried on the way to My Son. The area is very tranquil and beautiful and the ancient ruins are a highlight. I highly recommend using Vu for your tours when in the Hoi An/Danang area. He responds to emails very quickly and is happy to personalise your tour to your needs, we started this one at 5.30 in the morning to beat the heat and the crowds.

Vu was a great guide. He walked with me through the ruins of My Son and explained the history in great detail, often with the help of photos. The walking tour through Hoi An and the Vietnamese dinner that he arranged for me there was also very good. I would readily recommend him to anyone visiting the Da Nang region.

Overall great experience, My Son is definitely worth seeing and the tour was complete and very pleasant. Good English end good driving, the guide explained everything and was very kind. Early morning start allowed us to see My Son almost by ourselves. On the way back to Hoi An we also stopped to a traditional local house and leaned how to make rice noodles, very interesting!!

Just completed a day tour with Vu from Smile Travel. Vu is very knowledgeable with the history of the sanctuary and patiently explained each monument. He had good customer focus ensuring the trip was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend Vu if you need private tour guide for the sanctuary. Also covered Son Tra Island with him and it was equally good.

We had an amazing trip to My Son with Vu. In fact we are living in the south and want to do a tour with local guide, so we can learn about the history of the site and Vu didn't disappoint us. From the first time I contacted him, he was very easygoing and patient to answer all our questions efficiently. During the trip he provided a ton of knowledge about local live, history as well as culture. Vu made sure we was comfortable even in a very hot weather, he prepared some extra water which was very thoughtful. After this tour, we do 2 transfer to Marble mountain, another to Bana hills with Golden bridge which was nice too and we got good advice from Vu for what to see and where to eat. I can't recommend enough his service. If you are looking for a local company, don't hesitate to contact Vu

Initially I purchased this tour for a date in October, but due to a mistake of mine I scheduled it for another date. Vu, who was the operator I kept in contact with, readily helped us solve it even when Tripadvisor never answered my change request. Even though the tour "went through" in the system, I wasn't there, but Vu reserved the date for us and kept an eye on my wife and me until the service was actually provided to us, even when, for For reasons of force ma-yot, I had to make several changes to the original reservation. In short, a premium service. Speaking of the tour itself, unfortunately we had a very rainy day so there were many flooded streets. However, the car that picked us up was very big and had no problems taking us back and forth, and it was a very comfortable car. The driver drove very carefully at all times and offered us water and even umbrellas. The My Son sanctuary is very beautiful, even if it is raining (moderately), they offer an application that tells you the history of the place, but I do not highly recommend it since, in the app there is a playback order, but it is somewhat difficult to physically identify Which ruin is he talking about, which makes both the narrative and the flow very confusing. In short, a visit to My Son is recommended and this tour is definitely recommended.
