Very good service all around. I walked out of the terminal and easily found the driver. He had a big sign and was in a location that was very easy to see. He drove me safely to my hotel, helped me with my luggage and made the experience enjoyable and worry free.

The driver was prompt and got us to our hotel, however there were some things that would need to be improved to receive a higher rating. First, we were required to pay an additional $7 cash because of our arrival time. This wasn't mentioned anywhere on Viator, and I found it strange that it wasn't included when I made the reservation and entered our flight arrival time. Second, the driver told us as soon as we were in the car that we had to give him a five star rating to "ensure he becomes a professional driver" and then passed his phone to us to enter the review immediately. Third, he told us that he would give us a better price if we booked with him directly and said he would take us anywhere we wanted to go. He then offered to find anyone in the group a "lover" or to take us to get a massage that would make us happy, whether we wanted a male or female. This was wildly inappropriate on many levels, including the fact that we were with my friend's teenage son.
