This was a really great immersive experience of Da Nang and it culture and food on the back of a motorbike. We ate like locals at 5 different restaurants. The guides took care of us, ate with us and had a great conversation along the way.

What an amazing experience for a family of 6! Led by a wonderful young lady, Leo who shared local hidden delights. We will be talking about this for many years. Highly recommend.
What a amazing experience, Sia and Leo, truely very nice people, amazing scooter tour, very safe with a selection of the Vietnam local food and beverage, food amazing, egg coffee (out of this world, you will not get better) and great conversation. Its a must for anyone who wants a Tour of Danang, very well worth the money 🤝👍🇻🇳
The team of drivers/ guides were great, we felt very safe even though we had not been on Vespas in Da Nang traffic before. The food was delicious especially the pancakes and definitely not the type of thing we would have found for ourselves.
My wife and I did a tour with Harry and Sammi. It was absolutely fantastic such lovely people and guides. They had really good recommendations and descriptions of the food. It was a real pleasure to do the tour with them and the whole itinerary was excellent.
This was honestly the best food tour I've ever been on. It was slow paced and such a relaxing vibe, we tried so many amazing foods unique to Da Nang and made friends along the way. David couldn't do enough to make sure we were all comfortable and his knowledge on the history and preparation of the foods was very insightful. Karna and David were wonderful hosts and driving with them through the city was an absolute pleasure. Highly reccomend if you'd like a slower paced and more relaxed tour!
Sam and I had the most amazing, delicious, informative and funny time!! The food on the tour was not only delicious but we went to places we would have never experienced without this tour. Our guides were two amazing university students and so fun to talk to. 110% Recommend to every traveller coming to Da Nang . Also was our first time on a scooter and got to see the dragon bride fire show, we had so much fun!!
Oh man, me and my boyfriend LOVED this tour. Our guides Lyn and Nora were excellent guides - funny, accommodating, and taught us heaps about Vietnamese cuisine. I haven’t laughed so much in ages. The food was unreal and you felt like you were a local for a night. If I could give this six stars, I would Highly HIGHLY recommend 👌🏻❤️
What an amazing night. Travelling through the back streets of Danang and eating at several little eateries. The food was amazing. The trip was lead by Kien who is very informative about the food, history and culture. We were very impressed with Kien and I’m sorry I have forgot the other gentleman’s name. Felt extremely safe on the back of the motorcycle and loved every bit of our time spent with you both. If you have a spare time in Danang I recommend doing this food tour.
We had a great tour with Lynn and Nora- we were the only two on the tour so we had a very specialized tour! All of the food was wonderful and it was so fun to see the city. We ended the tour at the Dragon Bridge since we had not experienced it and our tour was on the weekend. Lynn and Nora were very knowledgeable about the food and culture and we were able to ask lots of questions. Great way to see the city and try food to learn what you like for the rest of your trip!
It was so much fun, Lyn and her brother picked us up from the hotel and took us from one Restaurant to another, we felt very save driving with them on the bikes, my friend is vegetarian and they made sure she had more than enough food to eat, we had fun talking to them🥰
Absolutely brilliant tour by motorbike through the local streets of downtown DaNang. Lyn and her team are fantastic- lots of information and detail of how the traditional food of DaNang is made, we shared with locals, trying traditional dishes and sitting at the street food stalls - navigating the crazy driving with Lyn’s team was such a fun experience - really safe drivers despite the chaotic traffic. Our three teenage boys absolutely loved it, visiting street restaurants completely off the tourist routes and chatting to Lyn’s fabulous team. Despite a deluge of rain at the very beginning of our tour (which added to the experience as we all had ponchos on!) this was the BEST trip ever!
Lyn and her team are brilliant - the whole experience is unique - riding on the back of scooters through downtown Danang experiencing the best local delicacies at the most traditional local restaurants was amazing. We were in the midst of the local Danang people sharing their food and learning so much from Lyn’s team about the traditions behind the food and tasting amazing treats. Despite the seeming lack of any rules on the road we felt safe the whole time - kids absolutely loved it (17,15 and 13 yrs) learning the language and trying the delicacies. Thoroughly recommend Lyn and her superb team
Such a wonderful night. Our best in Danang! Lyn and her brother Noah were just great fun. We went to so many different places to try local cuisine that we would have never gone to or tried and it felt like a night spent with good friends. The motorbikes are also the best way to get around and see so much of the city! Highly recommend! My sister recommended to me and it did not disappoint!
Went on the tour and it was great, Lyn and David were great guides, and we have great conversations and fun. On the tour we sampled local foods which were typical of the local cuisine, and well establish family run resturants nothing "westernised" just as the locals would have it. Would defienlty recommend.
Really good time with Lyn and her companions!! They took care of my mom with mobility issues and made sure my parents had a fun time ❤️
We have amazing time with Lyn’s team. We are just like old friends. It was the best night of our trip. We just can’t stop chatting. Definitely will book again for our next trip.
Highly recommend this wonderful tour in Vietnam! You can tastes different local food with friendly tour guide, they will also share lots of informative things that you should know in Da Nang. The food is really nice and they will guide you through the streets in Da Nang city, this is one of the tour that you can't miss it in Vietnam. No need to prepare anything, just EAT!
Lyn and Felix took us around and introduced us to great food and the coolest coffee shop. They shared some Vietnamese culture with us and showed us some amazing views of Da Nang city by night. We had an awesome time and would highly recommend
Amazing tour which normally I wouldn't have the guts to try ( as its on motorbike) but never regret it after trying it! Special shout out to Lyn n team ( a whole bunch of cheerful young ppl) for making the whole tour fun n accomdating our request to stick together as we are a gp of ladies ~ plus making an effort to show us the gragon bridge show on our last night in Danang! Amazing local food, amazing atmosphere and most importantly amazing guides!
Some food tours feed your tummy with good food but Danang Food Tour by Motorbike went above and beyond that. This food tour was like a story out of chicken soup for the soul. We ate, we laugh and we shared stories like old friends with our guides. The tour started out with a torrential monsoon rain that came without warning but our guides were a ray of sunshine throughout the entire journey. They quickly ran off to buy our group disposable raincoats, were meticulously helping our clumsy limbs in putting on and removing the raincoats and giving us the extra boost up the motorbikes with our two left feet. Each food stop was a gastronomic delight, which would be unknown to most tourists. It was a cultural exchange beyond the stomach as we shared more than just the similarities between Singaporean cuisines and Vietnamese cuisines but also the history of both countries, our hopes, aspirations and life experiences. If you have never rode on a motorbike, fear not as the guides are awesome drivers! I am writing such a long post in hopes that whoever reads this review would be inclined to engage these group of highly mature, hardworking and fun loving individuals as their guides. Do give them a chance to spread their wings and share their love for Danang with you ◡̈ Special shout-out to Lynn, Ryan and gang for leaving this group of ladies from Singapore such a memorable last night in Danang. We will definitely be back!
WOW!!! The best food tour we've done! What made this tour different and fabulous was the quality of the street food, so authentic and tasty. We would never have found or eaten any of the options if we hadn't done this tour. Every choice was SO good!!! The coffee stop was in a unique and hidden gem of a shop filled with relics, just beautiful. And the laughs and conversation with our wonderful guides Ai (Lyn), Ive and Jenny made the tour so much better. We didn't stop talking and laughing the whole time. Then at the end the fabulous Dragon bridge fire and water show was spectacular (this is Fri, Sat, Sun only so we were lucky). Thank you girls for a memorable night.
Unfortunately the rain was so heavy couldn’t get on the motorbikes. But our wonderful guides Ryan and Jenny adapted the tour as best they could by arranging grab cars. They were so great and made the best out of a bad situation A little disappointed we didn’t get to see the dragon bridge breathing fire from the boat but nonetheless we still got to experience it from a close distance under an umbrella Our dinner experience was great eating authentic Vietnamese food in a local restaurant the plus side of the torrential rain was that we had our own hand washing coming off the roof 😂
This is a great street food tour! Ai(Lyn) was our guide and she does such a great job explaining everything and taking you to places that I never would have found on my own. We went to 5 different stops and each of them were special. I'm pretty sure that Lyn changes things up every now and then so your stops may be different. Stop #1 - vietnamese sticky rice cake with meat in banana leaf, sticky rice with shrimp in banana leaf, sticky rice with hard crunchy cookie type thing. banh nam, banh bot loc? Lyn also bought me a sugar cane juice which was delicious. it was great! Stop #2 - Mi Quang noodles. I got meat with egg. They also had chicken available. One of the oldest restaurants in Da Nang. Delicious! Stop #3 - Coffee shop. I had the peanut coffee latte and it was great. Very nutty flavor. Stop #4 - Banh Xeo and other stuff. This was the main course and very filling portion of the meal. Lyn showed us how to wrap the banh xeo (egg and tumeric pancake/crepe with shrimp). Stop #5 - chè! This was a great and refreshing dessert to end the night! I got the mixed bean flavor which was excellent but they also had durian which included some jackfruit and other fruit. There are 2 locations of this popular ice slush eatery. After the food stops, we went on a short motorbike tour of the city seeing some of the major sites like the dragon bridge and other bridges, etc. This is a great food tour and Lyn is an awesome host. Her friends who also help her with the tour are also very nice as well. I highly recommend it.
We had a wonderful time on this food tour with our local guides. Both guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Lyn was easy to contact from start to finish. I would do the tour with them again. Highly recommend.
Ai and Ivy gave us the most incredible and memorable experience whilst in Vietnam. They will be in our hearts forever. They are two genuine, smart, beautiful souls who represent their amazing country with class and dignity. Their exceptional knowledge of the culture of Vietnam and the Vietnamese food is unparalleled. We were treated to some of the best local food in Vietnam as well as education on the food. They provided us with social and cultural information including their educational system, marriage, daily life and the devastating effects of covid on their economy and how they adapted. What resilient strong woman! It was an authentic experience that left us not wanting the tour to finish and feeling sad to say good bye. We are in our 50’s and we felt very safe cruising the streets with them on the back of their scooters. We would highly recommend this tour if you want to immerse yourself in the culture of Vietnam. Thank you once again for this unforgettable experience and when we are back n Da Nang we will definitely book this tour again. Love Darrin and Liz.
We had the tour in September in Da Nang. Honestly we were a little bit disappointed regarding a few things: - description does not match the actual tour at all - neither starting time, nor duration, nor the foods eaten. Here we would have wished for more transparency. - tour is very pricey for the stops and dishes (we had a awesome tour in Ho Chi Minh for half the price) Tour guides were nice, though.
Had the tour done by Lyn and Barry. They brought us to try the local food in very local places. Places that as a first time visitor, you may be intimidated by. They were very friendly and happily answered our questions and readily gave suggestions as well!
We were a group of 3 couples aged in our 50s and 60s. Some of us were a bit nervous about getting on the back of a bike but so glad we did. We had an amazing night with our awesome guides led by Lyn as well as Eden, Barry, Linh, Rex and Bamboo. We visited 5 different eateries which were all where the locals eat. The food was all delicious and plentiful and also included beer at the last stop. As well as eating there was interesting commentary along the way and a trip over dragon bridge. It was a fanatic night and the highlight of our trip.
What a fun night! I loved scooting around town on the motorbike and going to local places to try foods that the locals actually eat. Our guides were very laid back. We didn't feel rushed at all and our lead guide made sure we had as much as we wanted of whatever we were having at each place. It was a very diverse set of locations so it was very interesting. Our guides were very accomodating and let us off at the Dragon Bridge so we could take pictures and explore a little. The whole evening was terrific. The food was delicious, the ride around town was fun and the evening was laid back and relaxing. I would go on this adventure again if I got the chance to go back to Danang.
Amazing tour! Really enjoyed food and places our tour guide took us to. Very knowledgeable tour guide! Thank you very much. Would recommend this tour when visiting Danang.
If you wanna enjoy the food in Danang as a local, you should do this tour. Ai brought us to 5 places during the evening where we would have never visited as a tourist. The cakes at the first place was amazing... The central pancake by the roadside was a good experience. Third place, I tried the black Vietnamese cf, it was really strong and bitter. Next, the fourth place made me have to say Pho is the best hot food in Vietnam. End of the tour, we drunk and ate some BBQ at the local restaurant. During the tour, Ai and her friends made fun of my family a lot ! Thanks Ai and her friends for a great evening !
I have joined this tour with Ai who speaks English very good & knowledgeable last week, everything went perfect. There are 5 places of food in total, the tour guide arrange food program reasonably and local food is awesome which you can not find in other place. Especially, at the middle of the tour, we had a chance to go sightseeing around Da Nang City for relaxing. All the tour guides are really friendly & kind. I highly recommend this tour.
A truly great opportunity to get a true taste of Danang city. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple restaurants offering a wide variety of specialties. Highly recommend! Our guide - Ai was great, she had shared a variety of fun facts about local lifestyle and talked to us as a close-knit friend. We had Lots of fun with guides <3. Don't miss this tour when you visit here!
Amazing! I'm very express on this tour. It's very fun and I tried many foods which is very popular with the local people here. They're very delicous. Ai is enthusiastic guide, she shared many interesting things about Viet Nam. Thank you very much!!!
We have 2 people, join the tour with Ai_Tourguide, and others driver. They are so friendly, talking with us like closed friend. Firstly, we ate Vietnamese cake, have many kind of cake, I can not remember the name lol, then went to eat Banh Xeo. Having relax time at the coffee shop. Specialy, I really love Pho Bo at the third stop. Then we went around Danang city, they gave us many information abt local life. Finally, we enjoyed beer and chicken at the local restaurant. So fanstatic !
This tour was a great way to experience foods and culture in Danang. Ai was especially engaging and helpful as she spoke English very well. All 3 guides on our tour spoke good English and were delightful to get to know. Just do the food tour. You won't regret it.
I can not imagine how my trip in Danang would have been nice without this tour with Ai. I went all the famous sightseeing spot including vinpearland nam hoian, however this small motorbike was much more fun to me and it was good to see and eat at local places. Thank you so much for giving me a great memory.
I was extremely lucky to be paired with Lan for my Danang motorbike food tour. Lan is a Danang local, born and raised, but has excellent English. She is very bubbly and extremely knowledgeable about the local food. We had so much fun the whole duration of the tour and I really didn’t want the tour to end. This is probably one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam! Highly recommend this company and their guides! 👍

It was a rather rainy day, but experiencing a motorbike ride in brightly coloured ponchos was certainly interesting and didn't dampen our spirits!

It was pretty amazing that we were able to eat non-stop for 5 hours we really enjoyed learning about the local food favorites and traditions. The tour was a really good idea because as tourists, we would definitely not have been able to visit these local spots to experience part of the everyday Vietnamese lifestyle so many of the eateries were in hidden alleyways!

Our guides Ha and Lan are totally awesome these ladies are young and vibrant but very knowledgeable and experienced. They took really good care of us and the tour felt like we were hanging out with our buddies! We had a really lovely time getting to know them and their way of life.

I highly recommend this tour do make a request and ask for Ha and Lan to be your guides!

We did a guided tour of the city and street food with Duy and Anh, it was a real pleasure to discover places for locals! To do on Da Nang they will show you non-tourist places!
It was nice to be able to walk around the city with family and eat delicious food. Above all, Ai and the team members all conducted the guide with comfort and fun. Guides, everyone is passionate. We provided a variety of information about Vietnam and Danang, so we could learn a little more about Vietnam. Due to the effort and quality of the staff, it became more meaningful than just experiencing delicious food, becoming a tour to know the overall culture and atmosphere. My parents were very happy and I would like to say thank you to the staff! Thank you again to Ai and other guides. If anyone is watching this tour review, don't worry and book now!! I promise it will be the most memorable experience of the Danube tour! I didn't mention the food story in this article, but in summary, all of my family ate it so deliciously that it tasted unforgettable. Which one was perfect for Korean taste!
It was a really happy and enjoyable tour. Especially mint guide. Always laughing, always thinking of guests, thank you for finding me the taste and meaning of the trip. Next time I'd like to ask Mint for another tour. Thank you and I'm happy.
On the day of the tour, there were only two of us, so we were well received. It was a great opportunity for tourists to experience local Vietnamese restaurants rather than famous restaurants. Guide Ai Dang was friendly and the food was delicious and enjoyable. Being able to ride a bicycle and tour the Danube has become a unique experience.
