Thank you for the excellent service! The car was neat, clean, and well-maintained, and the driver was professional and attentive. We had a very good experience with your service. Definitely happy to recommend you with a 5-star rating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you once again! 😊
I highly appreciate the service. Everything went smooth. The driver is friendly and very nice. The car is clean. Great value for money. 👌🏼
Very careful, driver and friendly. Help me with my luggage. Both in the car and out. Would highly recommend
Very polite and great driver. Was waiting for us at the airport with my name on a sign. Help with the luggage. Very courteous and a great driver. Would recommend this company to anyone
Great experience with this transportation company! Our driver patiently waited about 45 minutes while we made our way through immigration, which I really appreciated after a long flight. The pickup process was smooth, and the driver got us to our destination safely. I’m grateful for the patience and reliable service, especially when traveling internationally with kids. I would recommend this company to anyone needing airport transportation!
Very punctual and easy to find driver
Our driver was very friendly and quickly had our luggage in his vehicle. He pointed out various places along the way to our hotel. I hope we can have him return us to the airport.
The driver is standing right at the arrival entrance with the name on the board that you cant missed it. Very smiley driver.
Great communication from the moment I booked until they picked me up. My flight was delayed and they still made sure the driver was available to collect me. There was a little extra charge because of the flight delay and the late arrival time but the taxi collected me ok ( this issue was because of the airline delaying the flight and not the fault of the taxi company) Very nice spacious vehicle. Friendly driver and good customer service. Had the whole vehicle to myself. No sharing.. Great for solo travellers or groups. Just contact them with your enquiry and they will help you. If you need a invoice they can issue one for you. Would recommend and use them again.
Driver was patient as we were stuck in immigration line, but then we got a message saying he had to leave and was replaced by somebody else. The trip to the hotel was comfortable. Driver was professional little bit quiet. We would use the service again.
The driver was nice and on-time , car was clean and the AC was cold as the weather was so hot and humid.
Our driver was waiting, the car was comfy and well presented. Highly recommended for airport - hotel transfers as needed
Good very excellent nice enough that review no more words
Very comfortable transport. The driver drove carefully and safely. We left something back at the hotel, no dramas returning mid transfer to collect, still arriving at the airport in time. Highly recommend.
The driver who pick us up came earlier in order to pick us up from Danang Airport to the hotel. He was very polite and flexible because of the long lines in the Airport Immigration. He texted and communicated with us, pointed and walked us to money exchange. He did above and beyond without additional charges. I highly recommend this company if you’re planning to visit Danang.
The driver was amazing! He was early and waited for us to get ready, and was super friendly. Communication via what’s app was great!
The driver was courteous, dropped well and helped with luggage too. Thanks
Very nice driver with a new, clean car. Would recommend!
Great experience, very professional job!everything was perfect 👌
Excellent airport transfer service! The driver was punctual, friendly, and very helpful. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the whole journey from the airport to the hotel and vice-versa was smooth and hassle-free. Great communication and excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended!
Very professional and great prices. Driver came to hotel early and was very professional. Very nice cars. I used them twice for transfers and it was fantastic service. Thank you..
I got picked up shortly after my flight arrived. I originally booked a later car but the company were very helpful and recommended the correct time so, my waiting time was minimal. The driver was very friendly but professional. I got dropped off at bana hills and I felt safe abd he helped me with my cases. Very happy to recommend and would use again. Thank you.
The driver was friendly with good communication. No problems locating my name at the exit. Smooth process made traveling to vietaim a pleasure
Friendly driver and very convenient. Would recommend for anyone
We hired this company for airport to hotel, in between hotel, Ba Na Hill, and hotel to airport transfers. All 4 transfers went smoothly. Driver was on site 10 minutes before pick up time, communicated via WhatsApp, and super easy company to work with. Absolutely recommend.
Good driver, clean car and professional driver, will use again. Recommended to others.
The service was great. Car Was clean. Driver was wonderful. Used translation app to communicate which was appreciated. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends
This is a very helpful ride on my vietnam travels. From Hanoi to Sapa to Danang then Hoi An. They are whatsapp away and their drivers are on time, polite and helpful. I will surely use this company in my future travels. Thank you for your service
We had Mr Lee as our driver for 5 days in Da Nang and Hoi An, and he was amazing! He was always punctual, kind, friendly and very accommodating throughout our trip. He speaks English well, so communication was smooth and easy. A special thank you to Manager Rosy as well for liaising with me before and during the trip. She was very responsive, understanding and helpful whenever I had any requests or changes to our itinerary. They were even able to help us extend our hours when needed, which we really appreciated. The whole experience was stress-free and comfortable for our group. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable driver service in Vietnam. Thank you Mr Lee and Rosy for making our trip such an enjoyable and memorable one!
The service was excellent. Our flight was changed last minute to a later flight. Communicated with driver via Whatsapp and he was accommodating. Arriving to pick us up at the new time. Excellent service, and would use again.
Although we needed a 4am pick up , the driver was prompt and on time. Certainly worth it. I would recommend
punctual, good communication with WhatsApp. Very safe.
Satisfied. Driver was patient in waiting, helpful and professional.. the queue for immigration took quite some time and he was prompt in assuring he will wait when I updated him.
Very nice service. i update my request many time and the owner give the best to fullfill what we need. Even she allowed us to make a stop enroute to buy medicine. very kind
Excellent transfer company. Great communication via WhatsApp. Clean van and professional driver (also spoke English). Would recommend!
Driver waiting with sign as promised, patiently waited as immigration took longer than expected. Very friendly and helpful driver, clean vehicle with plenty of space and well air conditioned, which was greatly appreciated upon arrival in Da Nang. Very glad I booked this transfer, one less thing to worry about with my first visit to Da Nang. Thank you very much!
Quick, easy and on-time. Very efficient service.
It was a little disappointing because I thought I'd arrive in Da Nang and have someone waiting for me with my name and everything, that would have been really nice. But the flight was delayed by half an hour, and they weren't waiting; I had to call them to come pick me up. Meanwhile, the agencies were still waiting for the other people who were with me because they knew the plane was delayed (it says so on the board, they knew my flight number). But it was a good service; they picked me up anyway, and I didn't pay extra for it, so I consider it a good service.
Quick, efficient, and easy airport pickup. Driver was waiting just outside customs ready. Highly recommend!
Communication was very clear and always prompt. My flight to Da Nang got delayed and they were very accommodating. When I arrived, the Lady Driver was already waiting and was very friendly and helpful. Planning to book a tour to Ba Na Hills with them.
Great service and the drivers are punctual ans nice
Driver was not there when we got off long international flight. Had to get local to call to find where he was. Turned up 30 mins late.
Excellent service provided, driver communicated well in advance and was waiting just outside arrivals, he assisted us with out bags. Car was clean and comfortable and with air-conditioning, which was very important considering how hot it was when we arrived. We highly recommend to everyone.
The driver came ealier because our flight arrived early. He is very nice and drive very stable.
The driver was not there when we arrived and we ended up having to call Grab to get us from the airport to our hotel. We messaged them numerous times and only got a response when we requested a refund. We never got the refund.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent airport transfer service in Da Nang by Go Travel! The driver was punctual, professional, and very friendly. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group. Communication was smooth from booking until drop-off, making our arrival stress-free. Highly recommend Go Travel for anyone visiting Da Nang and looking for reliable transport services!
There's a lot of transportation/hotels companies when exiting so taking a picture of exactly where youre at and sending to your driver is super helpful.
Love the communication and punctuality very reliable and nice driver. They pick up with a sign so you don’t have to worry about looking for someone.
