I had a very pleasant experience with this car service. The car was clean and well-maintained, and the driver was very polite, professional and helpful. He was also very attentive and made an extra effort to assist with my luggage. The customer service team was equally impressive. They responded to my enquiries promptly and were always friendly and helpful. The charter service price was very reasonable, in line with the typical local rates, and actually cheaper than Grab. It was my first time booking this service direct with operator and I confused the am pick-up time when I wanted pm pick-up time. Contacted them on WhatsApp to confirm I was at the pick-up location, it was at this time my error was discovered. They quickly remedied this and had a car there for me in no time. They truly went above and beyond for me in what could have been a very stressful moment. Communication was easy, quick, professional responses and I felt very respected despite being an idiot. The driver was great, spoke very good English. The car was comfy, clean and free of unpleasant odors. Even as a solo traveler, I felt safe and was dropped directly at the door to my accommodations.

I just returned from a 5 day 4 night trip to Da Nang on 7-11 Sept with my family of 8 pax. I used Go Travel through out my trip from airport transfers to my day trips to Hoi An and Ba Na Hills. I didn't write any reviews for the previous company I used when I was there in Feb this year but Go Travel definitely deserves a review from me. I first booked them as their price was the most attractive. I wasn't expecting too much from them but their vans were pretty new and good condition. No funny smells like the previous company. I was assigned different drivers each day and each one was always punctual, which is important to me. When I need to leave earlier than the time I initially booked, they always could accept my request. This was especially helpful when I brought the family to Hoi An and we had to cut short our trip as it was going to the rain. The quickly sent another van to get us and we avoided getting caught in the rain. I highly recommend and would definitely use them again.
