Mr. Thien was here for our Airport pickup & drop off and both the times he arrived before time ! Super punctual about the time, communicating with him was easy. We definitely recommend him for your tour in Vietnam !

Very good service. They were even able to understand when my wife fell sick and cancelled a one day trip in turn giving us a free pickup to the airport as i had paid a small advance. The one i had my conversations with was Ms Bao Ngoc and she was very sweet from day one till we finished our trip. People and organistaions like these made our trip really memorable and would definitely recommend to everyone I know if at they visit Vietnam.
Right away a very warm welcome in English and then loads of tips for good places to visit when you don’t want to go the touristic hot spots. Apart from that the ride itself was very pleasant.
The response was quick. We didn’t need to wait at all as the drivers arrived earlier than pick up time.

We used this agency for two very long transfers. Bao Ngoc handled the arrangements; she was kind and helpful, and she provided support right up until the end of the journeys. We missed our original flight and had to fly next day into Danang. I texted the driver late from the departing airport, and the driver graciously ahreed to pick our family up the next day without any penalties. Next day, we were picked up by a very friendly driver and took us to our hotel. 2 days later, i booked to use the same driver to take us to the Monkey forest, marble mountain, and to Hoi An. Unfortunately i had to cancell the ride at the last minute again because our daughter got sick. Driver accepted again this last minute cancelation graciously. All during this trip the communication with the driver has been quick and efficient. I want to thank the driver and the company for being so kind and understanding. I will definitely use the same company next time i come back to Danang.

We booked VH Travel for two days of touring around Da Nang, and it went smoothly from start to finish. They were professional, always on time, and followed the itinerary I laid out while still leaving room for changes along the way. Day 1 was a long one: Da Nang to Hai Van Pass, then La Vang, then Hue, and back to Da Nang, all in a single day. Despite the distance, the day never felt rushed. We had time at each stop and still got back to Da Nang comfortably. Day 2 took us to the Marble Mountains and Hoi An. Again we kept to the plan and adjusted the pace as we went. Our guide, Hai, was a highlight. He was friendly and adapted easily whenever we wanted to change something, and his knowledge of the city and the area made each stop more enjoyable. I'd happily book with VH Travel again and recommend them to anyone visiting Da Nang.

Our driver and guide Hoang was awesome. His English is excellent and we were treated as VIPs. Anything we wanted he made easy and hassle free. He has a great personality and made visiting his country interesting and informative. He obviously loves his country and we loved asking him questions about his life in Da Nang, especially growing up in Da Nang, and about his family. On our way to the train station he took us to his favorite Bahn Mi spot. So good! We plan to come back and will be using Hoang again. Highly recommend him for all your travel needs.
