Trinh was such a fantastic guide, along with her helpful driver. The car was comfortable. It was very easy to find Trinh at the port entry. Trinh was very knowledgeable and had lots of info to share. The lunch was really good and huge portion! I appreciated the flexibility to accommodate my physical limitations. Would highly recommend anyone in the area do this tour.

Our family of three were met by our personal driver/guide, Mr Hao, who met us at our cruise ship port. He provided clear meeting point directions prior to the day of our trip and returned us on time. Mr Hao provided an overview itinerary but was open to our suggestions and timing. He also provided recommendations of local restaurants for lunch. His English was sufficient and any additional language barrier was easily overcome via google translate. Mr Hao was knowledgeable of the region and was comfortable answering our questions. Be prepared to be taken to a couple of local shops but even that was interesting as we would not have known about the local industries of oysters and silk otherwise. He was a safe and courteous driver. Overall, a great experience and we would highly recommend this trip and in particular, Mr Hao. Thank you.

On the day of the tour, the team started two WhatsApp chats to make sure we could find the driver quickly, and then confirmed with us when we did. We were very lucky to get Mr. Troi as our driver. Very friendly, very smooth but fast driving. He took us to everywhere we wanted to go and more, and served as a tour guide. Excellent tour exploring different places from Chan May to DaNang. Beautiful adventure in Marble Mountain with pagoda, caves and temples, great view with historic information as we went to Hai Van Pass, lovely modern Dragon bridge, nice chill admiring The Lagoon, engaged in the awesome hand made sculpture store in DaNang. Great and authentic seafood resto experience. Mr. Tai is a good driver and accommodated us well, and ensured a safe trip back to our destination. Staff are very responsive. Worth it, recommended and memorable experience!

We had lots of fun as we were able to explore lots of places in this tour given the limited time frame that we have. From Chan May port, we were able to go to The Lagoon, Han Van Pass, Dragon Bridge, Marble Mountain and lastly hopped off for a great seafood experience in DaNang. They were very responsive as i inquired for a private car rental the day before our schedule and all throughout the day of our trip. Mr. Tai is a good driver and assisted us very nicely in our tour. Highly recommended for everyone as the admission fee is affordable and reasonable as well depending on the pax level and your tour preference. Thank you so much to all your team! Wonderful tours in Denang, Ha Long Bay and Hanoi. Ruby was our tour guide in Denang , and we had a very nice itinerary. The Buddhist temple was incredible, so beautiful and ornate! We also got to see some friendly monkeys as a bonus. Duke was probably the best tour guide we have ever had! He is so knowledgeable, perfect English and very fun! We had a private boat for Ha Long Bay, a stunning area. The only negative were some very rude and pushy tourists who prevented us from boarding a boat to ride through the caves. Hanoi was wonderful, so interesting! We saw so much in a fairly small amount of time. The temple was peaceful and lovely, we also got to tour a lacquer shop and see some of the amazing artists at work. The lunches were delicious, especially in Hanoi. We ate in the barbecue pork restaurant where Barack Obama and Anthony Bourdain had lunch. Fantastic and Michelin recommended. Our Hanoi tour was incredible, we enjoyed every minute of it! All drivers were amazing, very safe and friendly. We would 100% recommend this company to everyone! Thanks for a great few days!

We were very happy with our shore excursion ,the service from the very first contact with the reservation team was excellent,they were regularly in contact with us from day one right up until the day of our excursion. Highly recommend booking a tour with Culture Pham Travel. They were so helpful and easy to deal with. For every question I emailed I received prompt informative replies. We had a private tour booked from Danang to Ba Na Hills on 7th November 2025 however had to cancel last minute due to our cruise ship being unable to dock thanks to a Typhoon. When I notified Culture Pham Travel and asked if it was possible to have a refund. They immediately replied and have refunded all of our deposit. They were a pleasure to deal with and I'm sure had we been able to do the tour it would have been awesome.

We spent the day with our guide Phuong and our driver Xao. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for better . We booked it at the last minute, they made contact with us straight away, communication was good and the process of pick up and drop off was very easy. i chanced upon Culture Pham when the cruise ship I was on, has announced to dock at Chan May Danang Port. I have made some price comparison with another agency who told me that I need to apply for a documents in order to sightseeing at Danang which cost USD 28per person. Culture told me that I do not need to waste money, instead just walk 200m (even show me the map) to the car. One day charter was quoted and was one of the lowest price too. Beside the places I told them I wanted to visit, they have add on some other sights for us as well. Driver Mr Hau was very good. Safe driving and very helpful. My mother was in wheelchair, and he tried to assist whenever he was with us. He also tried his best with his limited English, to explain the sightseeing places etc. His attention shown to the old folk was genuine and we truly appreciate all his efforts to ensure the old folk gets to exit and enter the vehicle safely at all times. The agency also follows up closely to ensure everything is alright. All in all, was absolutely pleased with the service Culture Pham had provided. Thank you. We will definitely use your agency's service again when we visit Danang.

We had a shore excursion from chan may cruise port to da nang beach we passed lan go beach, da nang market and a few other sights on the way. Lu was our driver, he was allowed to time to see the sights we wanted to and was great at time keeping when picking us up and getting us back to the ship in good time. Was even open to us changing our itinerary on the day. Thoroughly recommend. Good value for money.

Mrs T , I think Trang was absolutely an outstanding guide. Not only did she have the best personality, but she took wonderful pictures of our group. She was funny and had us laughing. We went to an incredible restaurant in town. I think it was the best on the whole block. I highly recommend her and her driver maneuvered the car around the overpass. What an incredible day!

Booked an SUV for five people and Luu our driver was excellent. We felt safe and comfortable all day visiting the lagoon, Hai Van Pass, Marble Mountain and Hoian. Hi I booked this private taxi for an all day driving from Chan May cruise port to hue water park/ lake then imperial citadel then dong ba market. We had Mr. Lieu as our private driver and he was great! Timely and directions very clear! He was great with getting us to destinations on time and budgeting how much time we should spend at each spot!! Very kind and good driver who went extra mile and helped have a good experience

We were able to book a car via WhatsApp on a very short notice and reasonable price. The car was waiting for us once the ship docked. While the car could not come right up to the ship we had clear instructions how to find it. Mr. Dung took us on a thoughtful tour on the way to Hoi An. We saw three different sights before reaching Hoi An. We then spend a day there and he was on a pre-agreed place well before time. He then thoughtfully took another route back to the port so we could see as much possible when on the way back. Thank you Mr Dung for a great day on shore and a frictionless experience!

Your driver, Mr Can was fantastic. He was very accommodating, polite and friendly. We do not regret choosing your company’s driver services in Danang an he helped make our one day stay a pleasant one. Mr Can never made us wait, he was always ready. Great communication and a wonderful driver in Mr Huy. The lead up was great - good payment options and clear communication by both email and WhatsApp. On the day our driver, Mr Huy (Rin) was prompt, professional, very courteous and accomodated every need we had. Whilst unexpected, stopping at the family-run business adjacent to the lagoon for a delicious coffee got our morning off right and it was similarly wonderful to visit the marble carving business adjacent to Marble Mountain. This operator is excellent. Highly recommend to cruise passengers or day trippers.

Marble Moutain to see properly you need to be part Mountain goat but it was well worth it, although the legs were sore the next day. Great views and caves. Hoi An was excellent, with great cheap shopping and views of the river and old town. Our young driver Mr Luyen drove impeccably. Bit short on English but with the translator on his phone. Language was never a problem. We stopped many times for photos over and above the scheduled stops. He was very polite and helpful. Really enjoyed the day and saw some really good places.

A fantastic day from start to finish. Mr Long Nguyen was funny, engaging and informative. ‘Happy Buddha’ did an excellent job of driving. The lunch choice was delicious. Hoi An was a particular delight. A trip not to miss. Easy access from cruise, just a walk out of the port.

We had an excellent, thorough tour with Trinh and our driver Mr. Hao. For future customers: The Chan May port was the smallest and most industrial of the ports we encountered on our cruise. It is a short walk (400 yards?) from the cruise ship to the entry gate of the port. Just outside the gate, on the left side of the road, you will find a large number of cars / mini vans with drivers waiting for customers. You will need to potentially walk another 100 yards or so down the line of cars to find your driver. I'd suggest walking down the row of cars once you leave the port gate area to save time. And.....if you haven't already done so, download the Whatsapp application to your phone, as the tour company and guide will use it to communicate with you in advance of the tour. On to the review...... Our guide and driver were at the designated location as expected. We traveled to all the locations described for the tour, but I'd say our favorite was the detailed walking tour of Hoi An. Lunch was at an excellent restaurant. We were returned to our ship in plenty of time prior to departure. Trinh was an excellent guide, and her English was near perfection. Mr. Hao was an excellent, careful driver. We greatly enjoyed our day with Trinh and Mr. Hao, and would highly recommend Trinh and this tour company for other travelers.

Our driver and guide, Mr Luu, was awesome! He was courteous, patient and punctual. He even went the extra mile to bring us umbrellas when we were stuck in a restaurant while it was raining heavily outside. We had a fun time going to the Marble Mountains and Hoi An. Thank you Mr Luu!

First of all, coordinating with the company, Gia Linh, was smooth, detailed, and with good English, and It was very much appreciated to give us a sense of confidence. The details to find the driver were complete and as promised. The cost was fair and much lower than the freelance taxi cab drivers trying to get our business at the last minute. Mr Hau was on time, professional, respectful, and gave us water plus unexpected time to visit some beautiful sites (lagoon and bunker) along the way to Danang, within our limited timeframe. In addition, he coordinated well with our hosts and was on time to pick us up for our return drive. It’s hard to complain about anything… Well done!

Linh and her team from Culture Pham is dedicated and amazing in coordinating all our transfers and customized day tours from Hue to Hoi An and Danang. The whole communication is prompt and smooth. They even set up a support groupchat to ensure we are well-supported throughout the trip. Even though we have different drivers and guides each time, their drivers are friendly and tour guides for the 3 cities are amazing, very professional and very proud of their own culture. They are very patient and considerate towards my family with elderly parents and kids. I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs a seamless and organized trip.

Culture Pham’s excellent driver/guide, Linh, met my husband and me at Chan May port at 10am, his English is quite good and also uses Google Translate when necessary. Linh stopped at the Dragon Bridge in Da Nang for photos, we saw lovely beaches en route to Hoi An. Linh took us to a small silk factory which wasn’t in our plan and also a marble store, for a bathroom break. We had free time in Hoi An’s Ancient town admiring lanterns, canals, shops. Next stop was our favourite activity, the crazy Ba Loc Coconut Boat Ride in round boats paddled by locals through canals, so much fun on a very hot day! We continued on to see the Tra Que Vegetable Village, where Linh showed us different herbs and vegetables grown in manicured fields by Vietnamese farmers. Take along some Vietnamese Dong currency for entrance fees/spending at the different stops. We returned to our Solstice ship along a beautiful mountainous coastal drive, by 6pm. An excellent full day for a short port stay. Call Culture Pham, request Linh!

Daniel Dat and driver Phong were exceptional. It was clear from the beginning that Daniel was a highly intelligent person and had studied the area and culture of our tour. It is always pleasant when a tour guide listens to your expectations of the tour and follows accordingly. He went at a pace we set and told us enough information without bombarding us and putting us to sleep. The tour was far more than I expected and I credit Daniel for that. Thank you to them both.

While traveling Vietnam, have taken many private hire cars. This operated, specifically Mr Phu, was polite, efficient, drove quickly and safely during our 3 hour journey through the mountains. Would definitely use this company again, and would be happy if Mr Phu was our driver always.

I had an amazing trip with Quoc, the driver. He picked up my family of four at Chan May port on a rainy day and took us to see the Marble Mountains and the ancient town of Hoi An. He was very punctual and reliable, even though we had a tight schedule. He shared with us some interesting facts and stories about the places we visited. He drove safely and comfortably, and the car was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for a wonderful journey. I highly recommend this service to anyone who wants to explore the beauty and culture of Vietnam.

We had a wonderful trip from Chan May port to Hoi An ancient town. The company arranged a route for us that included beautiful stops for great photo opportunities. Our driver, Mr. Quoc, was friendly and kind, and he waited for us at the pick-up points. He even let us use his phone for internet access while we were in town, which was incredibly helpful. Quoc recommended some delicious local dishes for us to try, and his driving was safe and smooth, which was especially important since we had young children with us.

Ruby was an excellent tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and managed our time in port very well. We had a limited time to see the sites and she made sure we could see as much as possible. The lunch provided was delicious and there was even a surprise at the end of our day. We got back to the port with time to spare. I would highly recommend Ruby and this tour.
