Such a fun experience! The basket boat ride through the coconut forest was definitely the highlight. We also enjoyed the delicious local lunch and learning how to make Vietnamese coffee. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

It was interesting and fun way to spend a half day. I would have given 4 1/2 stars if I could. The hostess Lan was the nicest person. I just thought I was gonna be in a deeper, thicker jungle river as the picture showed on the website. Food and coffee was great.

This tour was a lot of fun and our boat guide was funny. We got the chance to go fishing with two types of nets (didn’t catch anything) and went hunting for crabs after which was more fun than I expected. Afterwards, the lunch was good and the coffee lesson was fun. She let us try coffee at Vietnamese strength and at a lower strength. The weather was hot but the coffee and lunch is in the shade with fans.

This was a wonderful experience. The people are so friendly and helpful. The coffee making was really interesting and the whole family enjoyed it. Lunch...delicious. I recommend this trip to everyone.

We were mislead thinking that we would get picked up at our hotel at 9am, based on the ticket information in the app. We were so looking forward to this experience. We didn't hear anything from the tour company or Viator leading up to the day. We were ready at 8:45 in the lobby of our hotel. When no one showed up, I attempted to contact the operator through the Viator app, no one responded. At about 9:15 I contacted Viator using the app. They said that last year when I booked, the tour company sent me a notification that I didn't book the pickup/drop-off so we would have to meet them at their office. Neither the tour company or Viator reminded me of that and in my bookings in the app, it showed that the pickup was at my hotel at 9:00 am. This was a misunderstanding that could have been prevented with communication. We have used Viator in several countries for our excursions, this is the first time that something like this has happened. They said that my refund would take 7-10 days to get back. I didn't want a refund, we wanted to go on the tour that we booked last year and was excited about it until this morning when we didn't get to go.

Very well organised. Everything was timed well and explained to us. The guides were great. The boat ride and fishing was very interesting and enjoyable. The coffee making session was a great experience as was the traditional Vietnamese lunch, it was delicious.

An amazing and fun four hours. Got picked up from the hotel and dropped off at the tour guides house/coffee shop. After a brief introduction we were taken to meet our skipper of the the basket boat. A very amusing skipper ensured we had a fun time. Even got to do a bit of fishing and crabbing. After this we were shown how to make Vietnamese filtered coffee without the need for filter papers before having lunch before and being dropped back off at our hotel.

Everyone was super friendly! The boat trip was a lot of fun and an incredible experience! The coffee we made was so delicious andthe lunch was great!

Wonderful tour, great guide, so much happening on the the river, music, boat shenanigans and games happening, great atmosphere, beautiful green tropical area's to tour through, it is a fun trip and well organised, the Vietnamese coffee making before the tour was fun and yum.

The lady who rowed our boat and the lady who ran the coffee activity were both really lovely. The best part of the boat ride was the fishing and crabbing and going down the quieter bits of the forest. We didn’t really like the bit with the loud music blasting Gangdam style on repeat, we were asked if we wanted to switch from our boat into another one for the fast boat spinning experience, we said no because we get motion sickness, but they didn’t really like us saying no and really tried to force us into it (and pay extra to do so), it took us saying no a lot and over a long time before they gave in and carried on with the route. Pork in the noodles didn’t taste very nice but I feel awful saying this as I could tell how much love they put into making us food and how much they wanted us to love it. Final comment is there was a male owner that was very forceful about us tipping, we were actually going to tip anyway (we did) but it was a bit pushy.

It’s an interesting tour, the tourguides are friendly and professional. I had a really wonderful time there. Highly recommend you guys to try this Boat tour.

I am so glad that we chose this tour, with a small group. This is a family business, and it definitely makes the experience more personal. Communication before and on the day of the trip was excellent. The basket boat tour was great fun, very entertaining with a little detour for (successful) fishing - all the fish were put back. Making Vietnamese coffee with Lang and talking to her about Vietnam, her family and lots of different things was great. Lang is a very special person. We had a delicious lunch before being taken back to the door of our hotel.

It was fun to learn how to make Vietnamese coffee. The basket tour is fun and we got to use the traditional net for fishing and catch some crabs. We did put them back in the water. Everyone was very friendly. Love the experience!

Excellent driver. On time for everything. Good communication and clean vehicle. Nice songs ☺️, pick up us from airport also our airplane ✈️ was late for 3 hours and they wait for was . The driver name Hoang the best friendly welcomed guy . He was like our private guide he told us a lot of places to visit and where is better to buy the things. So much glad. Thank you.

The whole experience was fantastic. Had basket boat ride for 1 hour, did spin boating, fishing. Learnt how to make Vietnamese coffee. The lunch both veg and non veg were authentic Vietnamese. Recommend to book this tour.

We had such a fun time, and the Vietnamese coffee making lesson was so informative. My coffee came out fantastic! Lunch was delicious!

Hung Le was very friendly and handled the tour very well. The pickup from our Da Nang hotel was on time and the ride was comfortable. The basket boat experience was lovely and peaceful but had its entertaining moments with crabbing, fishing and the boat spinning. The sun was scorching in August so highly recommend suitable clothing to protect yourself from the sun. The boat had an umbrella and Vietnamese sun hats we could use too. We got to experience making Vietnamese coffee with local powder and filters - turned out really good - as well as great home-made food in a comfortable environment. Overall, 10/10 and highly recommended to visitors in Hoi An/Da Nang.

We loved our experience, the tour operator, the driver and the local women who took us on the boat were all working so hard to ensure that we were happy and comfortable. Our driver Tony was a great driver so we felt super safe and he spoke excellent English, he answered all of our questions and told us a bit about his life growing up in Hoi An. He also waited for us in Hoi An and took us back to Danang for a cheaper rate than Grab. The tour was busy, noisy and fun. I recommend for anyone who is able bodied and ok with noise (in the summer season, very busy)

Great tour with teen boys. Did the boat spin, went net fishing and crabbing on the banks. English speaking guides, very courteous and helpful, followed by coffee and good food (Noodles). Did things other tours didn't get to do!

Our friendly driver picked us up on time and brought us to the coconut tree forrest where we were on the basket boat for around 1 hour. The boat tour was really nice and we did some fishing and watch the people dancing with the boat. After we had some delicious Cao Lao in a cosy small restaurant. In the end the driver will bring you to Hoi An. He offered to bring us back to Da Nang, what we accepted, because he made a better price that we could found in Grab. Hoi An we did not liked so much because for us was too touristic and too stressful.

Excellent. Friendly people, loved to fish crabs in the boat. Very pretty tour boat. The food afterward is excellent too, we had a Cau Lau (Hoi An specialty). Free drop off at Hoi An old town afterwards.

It was an amazing tour. I met a very friendly and knowlegeable girl, she told me a lot of wonderful things in Da Nang, Quang Nam. The scenery there was absolutely beautiful. I have tried a lot of delious food. I hope I can come back someday. Highly recommend this tour 💯

The tour is very nice. It brings us an unique country experience,eg:rice paper making,carving our name plate... I got to see a lot of interesting things and learned a lot about HOI AN history and culture..all very memorable. Very appreciate their great guide.

We had a great experience and day. Our guide was both easygoing and informative. Fantastic nice lady. Fun to learn how to make coffee the Vietnamese way, good too. Then got a good "captain" to our coconut boat tour. Fished with nets, got nothing, and on rod there we got 2 small bluish crabs. Overall a very nice experience.

A highly recommended experience. The treatment of Lan has been excellent and the boat ride very fun. The only thing to change, the music in the river.
