The initial contact and response via Whatsapp was prompt and quick, despite us reqching our to then close to 10pm. They assisted on choosing the right vehicle, since we had bags and the group was large. They assigned driver Mr. Linh and guide Mr Xuan, were awsome. Guide took us thru every step and details of Marble Mountain and Ba Na Hills. Great experience overall

We had a wonderful visit to Bach Ma National Park with our tour guide, Mr. Hung. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole trip smooth and enjoyable. Because of the landslide, there were very few tourists, which made the experience feel peaceful and unique. Mr. Hung took great care of us, shared useful information, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. We really appreciated his kindness and would happily recommend him to anyone visiting the area.”

I use the car service to arrange private transportation to bona hills Golf course. This private transfer station company provided excellent service and was very punctual which is important when trying to make a tee time. Mr. Phong was an excellent driver and made sure we were well taken care of. I would highly recommend them if you are in this area and looking for reliable private transportation with very nice cars.

We had a great time visiting central Vietnam thanks to the 6-day tour we booked with Culture Pham. Our tour included transfers and visits to Ba Na Hills, Hue City, Da Nang, and Hoi An. - Our driver Mr. Duc was very pleasant to have for the entire tour. He was always on time, professional, and great to be around. He was accommodating and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. - Our guide Ms. Luong was excellent in taking us around Da Nang and Hoi An. She knows the flow of the attractions and was so good at avoiding the crowds which was great in saving us time. During our interactions with Ms. Luong, she helped bring back some fond memories of my childhood in Vietnam. - Our guide Ms. Van for Hue was very knowledgeable about the history. We learned so much about Vietnam during this trip. - We are grateful to be able to see the Red-shanked douc during our tour with Mr. Duc and Ms. Luong. Our children are very happy to have caught a glimpse of this endangered primate. - We didn't find our visit to Marble Mountain to be a good use of our time. A more natural cave (without the messy "art") would have been better to see. In our opinion, leaving that out of the tour would have made this 6-day tour a 10+ for our family 😊.

Awesome chauffeur service to Bana hill in a luxury van. The driver Mr Bao was very courteous and helpful and remained in contact whilst we spent the day out and was waiting for us at the designated time to return us to our hotel. Highly recommended!

We had a driver only on the day with Mr Troi who picked us up from Chan May cruise port. He was on time (30 mins early), and was helpful throughout the day. The vehicle was clean and modern. Ba Na Hills was interesting, kids particularly enjoyed the cable cars. Time was a bit short as we were instructed to leave by 1:30PM (as we need to return to our cruise ship) - probably could have done with a bit more time at Ba Na Hills, but just a minor issue as we got back in time and comfort. Thanks to the local support team - communicated promptly in a friendly manner on WhatsApp. Overall recommended!

I just wanted to take a moment to share our wonderful experience with the agency arrangement for our tour. Mr. Harry was our tour guide for the day, and he truly made the experience memorable. His extensive knowledge about the sights and history really enriched our visit, and he was always available to assist us with anything we needed. I highly recommend Mr. Harry as a tour guide. His passion for sharing information and ensuring everyone has a great time is truly impressive.

Our driver, Mr Hao was very punctual, friendly and informative. The journey between Hoi An and Ba Na Hills take approx. 1 hour. The drive was smooth and trouble-free. It rained sparingly in the morning and mid-afternoon. We walked and took pictures whenever possible. We head for our lunch and (free) beer when it rains. We love the cable car rides and enjoy the beautiful landscape. It started to pour at 3pm and we decided to end the trip. Overall, it was an interesting experience. Would have given 5 stars if not for the poor weather.

We booked this late, as we were a bit disorganised - we literally made inquiries the night before, but this travel group were really accomodating. They organised tickets for Ba Na Hills - which is equal parts absolutely extraordinary and completely bizarre - but definitely worth a visit. Mr Hao was an excellent driver - a really nice person with great local knowledge - but this is a really well run travel group in that they are very flexible. We wanted to just explore Ba Na Hills as a family, without being part of a tour group and that was completely fine. Prices were reasonable for a private car/tour. The car was very nice and clean and Mr Hao was a great driver. Overall, a great experience - and thanks for being so accommodating without much notice!

My wife and I shared a grand adventure to the Ba Na Hills (including the Golden Bridge) with Culture Pham Travels' Ms. Bao'. In our opinion, there is no better tour guide on the planet than the kind, caring, and incredibly informative, Ms. Bao'. She speaks perfect English, as well as Korean & a bit of German. Of course, her love of the Vietnamese culture and language was fully evident, and we were very impressed with the way she would help other travelers who were confused/lost. She is a kind human-being, and she helped us maneuver through the VAST tour area both effectively and most efficiently (e.g., she knew how to avoid several bottlenecks that come with such a popular area). And, her photography skills were appreciated in some of the most flattering pictures we've had in quite some time. Finally, let us say that this area is one of the most special in all the world -- and we've traveled extensively through six continents! No one visiting Asia should pass up Vietnam's beautiful country and hospitality!

We had a wonderful day. Mr Dung was nothing less than first rate. He was informative, patient and extremely helpful. He asked us if we wanted to get the Wow Pass, which we did. This was a brilliant idea and saved us hours of time as we got to skip the queues. Without his assistance the experience would not have been as good. He was a champion and I would encourage others to use your company and Mr Dung. Mr Hau was also very helpful and polite and a very safe driver. All in all we had a great day.

What a great tour! It was so beautiful and everyone went smoothly, thank you to Bao :). If you decide to book this tour, request her. Super nice and a happy and pleasant person to be around. She never bothered us and always took care of us. She was open to whatever we wanted to change about the tour and didn’t push anything at all. She was very knowledgeable of the area and she knew everyone in Ba Na Hills, which helped! We had an amazing time and we would definitely come back an do it all over again.

This was my first time visiting Vietnam, and as a solo traveler, I booked a private tour to Ba Na Hills for $185 USD. The experience overall was smooth and enjoyable, but a few areas could be improved. My guide, Mr. Quy, was excellent — calm, professional, and fluent in English. He made everything easy to understand and went out of his way to keep the day on track. When our scheduled private vehicle failed to show up, he quickly arranged a Grab ride so we wouldn’t fall behind. We visited all the major highlights: the beautiful Flower Garden, the stunning Golden Bridge, the charming French Village, and the expansive Fantasy Park. A buffet lunch was included, with great views high up in the hills. Another highlight of the tour was that Mr. Quy brought me to a few hidden spots with amazing views that most tourists seemed to miss. These quieter areas were perfect for enjoying the scenery without the crowds, and it really made the tour feel more personalized and thoughtful. The main issue was the unpredictable weather — we got caught in two heavy rain showers, and I was soaked. I was lucky to have packed extra clothes, but I was surprised the tour didn’t provide any basic rain protection like a poncho. In East Asia, that’s usually standard on guided tours. This would’ve made a big difference, especially for solo travelers. There were also two uncomfortable moments with other tourists — one woman physically blocked me from the ticket line, and another Eastern European woman loudly pushed us aside to take photos. Thankfully, Mr. Quy stayed calm and respectful the entire time. While I declined his offer to take photos of me, I appreciated the gesture — it shows how thoughtful he was throughout. Overall, I really enjoyed the day and highly recommend Mr. Quy as a guide. However, I think the tour company should improve their preparation and customer service — especially at this price point. Things like punctual transport and rain gear should be standard for a premium private tour.

Our trip to Ba Na Hills and back to Hoi A was quick, easy and comfortable. Communication with the company was good and Mr. Long (our driver) waited patiently for us and was back at the collection point within 5 minutes of us calling him.

Our driver Hao was nice on time at our hotel pick up. Friendly Guy with good knowledge about things a long the way and give us our tickets when we arrived and pointed out where we needed to go when we were at the destination. and we could text him when we returned so he picked us up where he dropped is off.

What an amazing tour this was! Our tour guide Jack and his driver were very accommodating and took us safely to our destination and back again. Jack was very knowledgeable and extremely considerate of us as two older women who needed walking breaks and didn’t necessarily find climbing stairs easy! Ba Na Hills itself is such a picturesque place and it is amazing how it has been made into such an imaginative display. This is somewhere that, while it requires a lot of walking, has something new around every corner and is well worth the visit. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting this area.

We just used Culture Pham for a private tour for four of to go to Marble Mountains and Bana Hills. We just had a driver, Mr Hau, who was very good. We didn't want a guide as we were just looking around by ourselves. We were just over an hour at Marble Mountains but could have spent longer as there are lots of places to go. We had about five hours at Bana Hills and again we could have spent longer there, there is so much to see. It took a long time just to get from the entrance to the cable car as there are a lot of escalators before you get there.

Ba Na Hill was better than I expected. Tuan, our driver, was great. He was attentive and being able on instantly communicate with him through WhatsApp was a bonus.

Our tour guide, Xuan, was simply amazing! The private tour was incredible, we had such a great time! It definitely would have been harder to manage this whole visit by ourselves, so having Xuan taking care of everything was a big help and made everything hassle free. Thank you Xuan for this great day, we appreciated you taking photos for us and answering all our questions!

Booked a private tour to Bana Hills with Culture Pham. Our guide Xuan was informative and helpful throughout the trip. We were picked up at our hotel at 7am to avoid the crowd up at Bana Hills. The weather was great that day and I particularly liked the gardens and temples which showed a little more of Vietnamese Culture as compared to the French Village.

It was fab from start to finish. Mr Tuan was an ambassador for your company, polite, courteous and accomodating to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed his fab driving, his need to look after us and his friendliness. We will most definitely recommend this company to fellow travellers. Thank you

Highly recommend this company. We arrived on our cruise ship to be met by Mr Luyện our driver. He was very welcoming with a lovely smile. He drove very carefully! We visited Ba Na Hills firstly the company purchased our tickets for us at a discounted price so when we arrived no need to wait to purchase tickets. Communication through WhatsApp was brilliant before and during the cruise. In the afternoon Mr Luyện took us to Hai Van Gate up on the hills with amazing views of the bays and then to Lap A Lagoon. We did a private tour from Hoi An to Ba Na Hills. The communication was good start from the booking until the end of the tour. Our driver mr. Hau was a little bit late to pick us up but it wasn't a big deal, we had a great time and he was taking us smoothly and safely goinf to Ba Na Hills and back to the hotel.

We booked a trip with Culture Pham who picked us up from the Cruise terminal to the Ba Na Hills and return. Very happy to have booked with them and our driver Mr Son was very good We had a group of 10 which included 2 small children, very safe and comfortable drive, would recommend.

Hau came punctually to pick us up from the port and cable car station. It was a smooth ride. Overall trip is good . Will return to engage his service.

Our driver Mr Hung was fantastic. He was a very careful driver, answered all our questions. He said he would send us a photo of his location for pickup but we lost data then power on our phone. Mr Hung took time to come and find us to take us back to the hotel. He was very kind. Thank you Mr Hung.

Went with Culture Pham to get a ride to the Ba Na Hills and they were very good to take us all the way from Hoi An and were able to drive us at our leisure. We were very happy with our experience! We were able to visit with our two five year olds! Looks great with the golden bridge, and brewery and European styling. The cable car ride is very beautiful. Recommend going in the off season if you can! I regret that I didn't try their wine. The beer is good but they only seem to sell wine up at the top and I couldn't get any on the way out.

We had a really lovely private tour today. Got to set our own start time, how long at each attraction, in a comfy car with a good driver, Mr. Lieu. We learned a whole lot about the history, nature, and culture of Vietnam from our guide, Mr. Quy, who spoke English extremely well. The complex built in the hills is really impressive. The hand/golden bridge is the main attraction, but there's so much more, with the gardens, buildings, and arcade play. We had choices for lunch and chose an amazing Indian buffet. Great day trip from the coast, nice and cool at elevation!
