Best in Da Nang as far as I've experienced - I can compare against my experience with two other companies in other excursions within Da Nang. The driver was prompt and communicated with me through WhatsApp on the time that he would arrive. He was very friendly and professional. My guy Charlie was also very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a lot of good details about Vietnam, Ba Na Hlls, and the Golden Bridge. Over all it was a great experience and a fun filled day. Had a great day visiting these sites. Marble mountain has a few tricky paths and you need to be at least a little physically capable. We all enjoyed the day. Great driver, very accommodating.

A tip for future travelers: download WhatsApp before your trip unless you have a Vietnamese phone number, as that’s how the tour company communicates. They reached out the night before to confirm all the details, including my 6:30 AM hotel pickup. I ended up being the only guest that day, so it turned into a private tour, which was perfect for me. My guide, Phong, was fantastic. On the drive to Ba Na Hills, he shared interesting history and information about the area, making the trip enjoyable before we even arrived. The early 6:30 AM pickup was absolutely worth it. We arrived before the large crowds, which made a huge difference. I was also lucky with the weather—it was sunny and crystal clear, while the previous day had been rainy and cloudy. I mainly wanted to see the famous sights, enjoy the scenery, and take great photos. Phong did an amazing job helping with pictures, finding the best angles, and making sure I got memorable shots throughout the day. I wasn’t interested in the games, beer, or buffet lunch, so we were able to move at my pace. We saw all of the major attractions and finished in about 3–4 hours, which was exactly what I wanted. The flexibility of a solo tour made the experience even better. The tour included bottled water and the Ba Na Hills cable car ticket, so everything was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Great communication, excellent guide, flexible itinerary, and a wonderful way to experience Ba Na Hills. Highly recommended!

A very prompt and comfortable trip. Extremely helpful driver and accommodating of our wishes. Air conditioning was a life saver. Lee was charming and knowledgeable he took us to an amazing restaurant for lunch at our request the food was delicious. We could not have had a better day.

Amazing experience with this transfer service. Private air conditioned very nice clean SUV took us from our hotel doorstep to the cable car entrance for Ba Na hills and back. Highly recommend this service as the journey is almost an hour drive from the Da Nang city. Very quickly responsive service provider that setup and coordinated our driver. And we were able to pay credit card as an option which is rarely available in Vietnam. Highly recommend this service!

I used this transportation company to go to Ba Na Hills in Da Nang. I originally booked them through get your guide. My driver picked me up from the airport and dropped me off. He waited 6 hours while I explored the amusement park. I had a good experience so I used them again to go from da Nang to hoi an with a stop at marble mountain. The driver was polite patient and he offered me water. Overall very satisfied and would recommend this transportation service to anyone visiting the area. And prices are very reasonable.

This tour is a must for anyone visiting Da Nang. Once booked, I immediately received confirmation and communication from Go Travel Da Nang. I find their rates to be reasonable compared to other tour companies. Our Tour Guide Mr Duc was at our hotel on time. The minibus was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our time at Ba Na Hills. Because we have a senior family member plus 2 kids, we had to slow down walking around the place. Mr Duc was patient and did a great job in leading us through a big crowd. We booked a private full day from Hoi An with Ba Na Hills, Marble Mountain, Son Tra and asked to be left in Danang. We had Quang as our driver, what a charm. He was excellent, I don't remember ever having such a smooth driver! The agency also had great communication. Would highly recommend.
