Na hong and her team were exceptional in organising our tour for four countries for 23 days and the highlights are a lot of of them to mention but their organisation of hotels. Tour Guide‘s private cars was really well done and the communication was very effective and prompt. We had no dramas at all during our day in across four countries for 23 days. Went with 2 girl friends. This was the 3rd tour under our land package with the agency. The last 2 tour was private tour while this was a group tour. The tour guide Han was able to guide us through the very crowded Bana Hill with the least hassle. She is fluent in English and makes the whole experience enjoyable. Ample time is also provided for various activities and our only regret was due to some miscommunication, we miss out on giving gratuities. Highly recommended tour agency!

I am so happy that Vietnam Travel including this experience in our itinerary.. The cable car was great and then when we arrived out fabulous tour guide dealt with our baggage and booking.. He then showed us around the amazing resort, there was so much to see and do, apart from the theme park. After enjoying a few complimentary beers at the beer station we had a delicious lunch.. Our guide checked if our room was available and collected our luggage, before escorting us to our room.. He was a fabulous guide with personality plus.. Through out our 24 days trip Vietnam Travel were messaging often to check if everything was going okay and updating us about our driver pick ups and tour guides.. They were ever so helpful with any queries and like our guides they made us feel like family ❤️

We traveled through Vietnam for 18 days as a group of 24 friends and families and were fortunate enough to stumble across Your Vietnam Travel and were allocated the amazing Kane, she spent a lot of time with me helping me plan the perfect itenary and we eventually settled on version 6 and all of this happened before I had even spent any money. Kane then dealt with all the individual requirements from our group and the 10 different incoming and outgoing international flights, having everyone met with a driver to transport to our hotel. Kane was in constant contact with us via WhatsApp insuring everything was running smoothly and would respond quickly and organize off the cuff excursions that we decided to do last minute, some of these at weekends and some late at night. Our accommodation was superb and activities were well organized and great value. Kane even came to meet us all personally when we made it to Hanoi and came with gifts. We have been with family and enjoyed a lot, with good memories, they have organized well and good for 2 weeks without any complaints.

It was an amazing experience. Even with the holiday you cannot not appreciate the grandness of the engineering and planning that went to doing a theme park of this magnitude. The cable cars were sufficient and very efficient in bringing everyone up with little wait. There were so many they were like floating lanterns in the sky. They captured all the details of Paris and Versailles that you would think you were actually there. The cool weather matched the scenery. The full size castle was fantastic. You can almost imagine royalties dancing within the halls and chambers. The flower garden was beautiful. Be sure you have comfortable shoes. The place is really big and every spot is photo ready that any pgotography enthusiast will have a field day. You can DIY and at your own pacw, just need a map. Our guide,however, really helped our family of 4 breeze through the essentials with ease.

First time engaged Your Vietnam for my first trip to Vietnam. My coordinator is Tom, he planned our 8D7N to Hanoi and Da Nang, with my 2 elderly parents 70+ , teenage at 13, boy at 8 and my hubby who is a vegetarian. Tom is very meticulous to consider everything for us and always 24X7 responsive whenever we have query. Local tour guide at Sapa - Zing is very considerate , always holding my mummy up and down vehicle and walking on slope. Her photography is superb, letting us avoid the crowd to take photos at Moana. Meals arranged is suitable, from vegeterian to kids fav. snacks. Tom has even prepared welcome Vietnam snacks and sent to hotel on the first day. We have a great time with Your Vietnam Travel and will definitely choose them again when we want to visit Vietnam again !

I engaged with Vietnam Travel and my agent is DAVE. He created a tour for us from Nov.23 to 29, 2025 entry Danang and exit Hanoi. Everything is well arranged from the places to visit, hotel, driver, tour guide, food and itineraries and even our flight from Danang to Hanoi (domestic flight). It was a pleasant tour. It's worth every penny as my mom, daughter, cousins and friends are all satisfied. Although we did not able to go with cable car in Fansipan as Vietnam govt closed it temporarily, Dave arranged us to go to Heaven Gate and Sapa Swing where we enjoyed the views and activities. Hannah, our coordinator, efficiently and seamlessly handled the essentials from tour booking to hotel reservation to transfers. The tour to Bana Hills, Hoi An, Marble Mountain and Basket Boat ride is something to remember for a lifetime. Ly Narin our tour guide is also so efficient that she brought us to where we can shop for full money’s value. She is also kind enough to check if we can manage walks and allowed us some free time to roam around the shops and do picture-taking. She even gave us a welcome gift during our first meeting. The restaurants we visited also provided oh-so delicious array of local dishes. Our last day was capped by placing our wishes at the Hoai river on lighted paper flowers and a nice noodle soup splurge at a local food shop. Ly even accompanied us inside the airport making sure we’re safe. The driver is also very efficient and careful in traversing Da Nang’s busy roads. Definitely it was an experience worth doing again - with The Vietnam Travel!

Although it was raining in Bana Hills I like the tour because indoor can still see a lot of beautiful structures and shows. The buffet lunch has a lot of food to choose from. Our guide is very versatile and supportive. It was very cold. The cable car is 20min ride, the longest in the world. Thank you Vietnam TRAVELS for the experience.

Although I couldn’t join the trip in the end, I’m extremely impressed with the service from Huy Quang. He replied to all my questions and enquiries very promptly, always with clear and helpful information. The quotation process was smooth, and his professionalism and patience really stood out. 2 Adults + 1 child travelled to Hanoi, Hoi An, Da Nang & Ho Chi Minh. Mei organised all internal flights, transfers, accommodation & activities. Our experience was amazing from start to finish! Mei worked with me to tailor our itinerary and kept in contact the whole trip through whatsapp. The only hiccup was a Typhoon that didn't allow us to go to Ha Long Bay but Mei was in constant contact, offering alternatives, recommendations and arranging what we wanted throughout the whole trip. THE BA NA HILLS WAS SIMPLY MARVELLOUS WITH ITS TOURISTY CABLE CARS, SITE DEVELOPMENTS MEANT JUST FOR THE TOURIST. BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPE, MANY SHOPS INCLUDING LARGE RESTAURANTS SERVING GOOD FOOD. IN THIS TOUR EVERYTHING WAS COVERED FOR, INCLUDING TICKET PRICES TO THE MANY EVENTS AT BA NA HILLS. THE VIEW FROM HILL STATION WAS MARVELLOUS TO SAY THE LEAST. NO POLLUTION OF AIR AND THE VENDORS OF SHOPS WERE VERY POLITE AS EVERYWHERE ELSE. THE OTHER EVENT THE FOLLOWING DAY WAS THE HỘI AN TOWNSHIP TOUR OF OLD HISTORICAL BUILDINGS. THE BAMBOO BOAT RIDE AND THE LANTERN BOAT CRUISE WERE INTERESTING. ONE GETS TO SEE OLD VIETNAM FACADE. THE MANY TOURIST BECKONING SHOPS WERE ALSO DELIGHTFUL DURING A WALK AROUND THE TOWN. FOOD WAS NO PROBLEM TO US ASIANS. ALL IN ALL THE GUIDE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND UNDERSTANDING THAT THE OLDER TOURISTS CANNOT BE OVERTAXED IN WALKING! IT WAS VERY WELL PLANNED FOR AGEING TOURISTS LIKE US!

We booked our private tour to Vietnam with the help of Mr. Dylan. He provided us most of our requests specifically the wheelchair for my handicapped sister and a boutique of flowers and a small cake to celebrate my other sister's birthday during our trip. We selected the places where we wanted to go and see and we enjoyed most of it . I said most of it, it because of the summer heat that took some of the fun . Otherwise it went so well. We tried to plan a customized month long trip with other companies but they were not responsive. Then we contacted Your Vietnam Travel and Lily immediately contacted us. This trip was planned in a two month span and any time we needed to discuss something Lily was prompt with communicating with us. She made wonderful tour suggestions.
