The guide was very funny and knowledgeable. Great experience would definitely recommend. Pick up and drop off from hotel.

It was a wonderful experience. Although the weather was not cooperative the excursion is still a must do. I will definitely return when it is not the rainy season to experience the views and activities to do in Ba Na Hills. The driver and guide were wonderful.
A very well organized tour of Ba Na Hills and Golden Bridge. What made the trip more enjoyable is our guide Nancy - warm, friendly and chirpy - always ready to help each and every member of the group. I would highly recommend the tour and ask for Nancy as your guide.
It was a good tour picked me up from my hotel on time. Tiffany was great guide everything was explained overall had a good time.
As expected, the Golden Bridge was packed with tourists and the clouds sweeping up the mountain obscured the panoramic views. Rain showers start and stop periodically. You won't believe how big the French Village is and how they managed to build it on top of the mountains. Really, really impressive. This was the highlight of our visit to Da Nang.
Good tour and lots of picturesque spots. Only complaint is better time management and maybe tailoring it to the group. Almost everyone on my group didn't fancy the park which we voiced early on when asked about roller coasters, etc. yet we were given over 2hrs to explore it vs the Golden bridge where we had way less time at.
Great experience with a great tour guide Ly. Amazing views and we were lucky we got great weather. Clear views and lots to do. Unexpected great time at the French village and plenty of time to fit everything in. The rollercoaster is good fun. We weren’t initially planning to do it but glad we did as we had a great time. Very very busy and touristy but great to learn about the history and see the beauty.
Good day , The guide was exceptional -lady called Ly !! The site is amazing and we really enjoued our day
Was amazing day our guide Ly was amazing the Ba Na hills was breathtaking the hand bridge was awesome absolutely great day
I was terrified initially as scared of heights but the cable car ride is only 20mins to the Golden Hand Bridge which is definitely worth seeing. Another 3 min ride to the very top, various rides, an excellent French patisserie called Eric Kayers (lots of French influence in Vietnam) with delicious cakes and coffees. We went early as didn’t want to be there in late afternoon with lots of crowds.
It was an excellent tour with many wonderful sites our guide Hung did an excellent job taking care of us the lunch buffet was totally awesome
Excellent tour guide Houng and well organised. Was advised upon arrival to upgrade to silver VIP to be able to by pass very long ques to cable car and first in Buffett and experience longer at other places. The hand carvings and golden bridge also worth while whilst walking across the golden bridge. French buildings and shops along with a theme park was awesome. I advise always go on a morning tour but be warned if there are storms and you in a cable car you will be stopped automatically on a 6km line to and from the BA NAH Hills mountain and could be trapped for a few hours. Lucky it did not happen to us but besides that it’s a must tour to do in Da Nang for couples and families!
This was a fun experience for the entire family. Everyone enjoyed the sceneries, the FOOD at the grand buffet and day at the Ba Na Hills. This is a MUST when you visit Da Nang. Our tour guide - Hannah, was very knowledgeable, accommodating, very fluent in English and knows the area very well. She made sure the entire group was on time, gave practical tips and had enough free time to explore the place. Overall, will recommend this tour to everyone who will visit Da Nang!!
It was my third time to visit this Ba Na hills sun world and this particular tour felt a bit rushed up, i guess the guide was more in a hurry to finish and reach back early than letting the group spend an reasonable time to explore around. Just for example 1 hour is not enough at golden bridge point which is along with gardens and pagoda side and so on
A fun day out. A short drive from Da Nang. The guide was fun, informative and kept track of us. I do think the amount of time in the French Village could be pared back some. There is only so much to see. Probably an hour less would have been ideal. That's nit-picking. A very fun day trip from Da Nang! One side note, if you are coming in Summer, this should be mandatory. The cool mountain air was bliss compared to the oven that is Da Nang.
Enchanting trip to Ba Na Hills and Golden Bridge. The place reminds me of Disneyland in California, full of color, music, fantastic buildings, etc. our tour guide Ha na was sweet, helpful, an adorable person.
The announcement has all the necessary information. Be prepared for occasional fog/clouds that reduce visibility, but it's still spectacular. The lunch option is worthwhile (large buffet, but very crowded), but there are many other options. The organization was top-notch. We were in Hoi An, but opted for Da Nang to spend the rest of the day on the way back, having dinner at the Son Tra night market (in front of the Dragon Bridge) where we could have a completely safe local gastronomic experience (with seafood). What a day... I highly recommend this experience.
Beautiful views and great day out. Only slight issue was finding a table at the lunchtime buffet as it was extremely busy.
Great Tour - Tour very nice and friendly - beautiful place - We will come back again - Thanks again -
This was the best experience of my life ever!!!! My wife and I are on our honeymoon and this is the first trip overseas, this was absolutely mind blowing!! 5 stars isn’t enough!
It was the best serene yet fun experience I’ve ever had with the awesome tour guide, Nancy, and the tour group friends from all over the world! You won’t regret this experience~
Ly was a great guide. She shared information on the sights and gave us plenty of time to roam around on our own pace
This was a lot of fun but I would take a jacket as it gets cold up there. It was very busy up there so we got the fast pass for the gondela and skipped the line
Had a great day! Got picked up at my hotel at given time. 7.45am. Picked up a few others, and straight away to Ba Na Hills, efficient and prompt. We were 11 in our group. It was a sunny and crowded day, so when we arrived we all decided to do the fast pass. Only 300 dong. And we went by the large lines of hundreds of people. Priceless! We didn't have to wait on any cable cars at all. We got guided by Nancy, and she did a great job. Keeping us all together, and showing us all the main spots. At the French village we had 2h on our own, and it's a beautiful huge area, so much to see and do. So many restaurants in all ranges. So I didn't book lunch with the group, just having my own stops for snacks around the area. Great! We had a meeting point at 2.30pm, to do the cable car in one stretch to the exit and our minivan was waiting for us. Unlucky the weather changed suddenly with heavy rain and lightening, so do to safety they stopped all cable cars for an hour. But when they opened up we were first off to go! Had a great day with Nancy, highly recommended to take this day trip. Early in the morning and not a too big group. Excellent! :-D
Our tour guide was Huy and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The tour was great and we had a good time roaming around. I highly recommend this tour.
Great communication and guide. Pick up on time and driver and guide courteous. Taken around to the main sites and had a great buffet meal. Able cars and views were impressive. Just beware this is effectively a theme park with lots of fiberglas imitating France and Germany rather than being in the hills with nature. Very crowded and lots of queuing, pushing and shoving on the bridge etc.
A great day out. Lots to see and do. A big recommendation is to do the wow pass for the cable cars. No waiting in lines and a quicker way down after a storm when they stop the cars. We were first on while other people were waiting 2hrs to get down.
this theme park is a must for anybody going to DANANG. i have 2 ypung kids. both were very happy indeed. this was the longest cable car ride in my life spanning about 5 KM
The trip was well organized and it was a good amount of time to explore Ba Na Hills- without being too long. Storm, our guide was funny and personable. He even gave us additional recommendations for trips and activities for our family to enjoy while in Vietnam.
Ly, our tour guide, was tiny but she was an ABSOLUTE PRO at communicating and keeping us together. We were a group of 11 and we paid to skip the queues, which was great! Pay for it, it's 100% worth it. 🙌🏼 We were given ample time to go around, do our own thing, and even have lunch as we preferred. We went to the Vietnamese restaurant and although am very over all Asian food after being in Vietnam for almost 3 weeks now, it was pretty good, a lot of options. Crazy hectic though, so I recommend you try to go for early lunch as some of us did (arriving around 11.40). There were CRAZY LONG queues of people waiting to get it when I left, they were waiting for tables to clear, as it was pretty much max capacity. Oh and if you get the vouchers for 2 beers, take them. And hopefully you can make it to one of the Caberet shows happening during the day - I found it so sexy! Some trans people and drag queens, so ifthat offends you, stay away, please. But from what I saw, most people thoroughly enjoyed it, me included! Oh and cable cars get very high, so beware! But it's worth it, starting with the Golden Bridge, everyone's favorite!
Nice experience Guide is very nice Vu is good person and supportive Vehicle was nice and clean Thank you
OMG...I thought it was just sightseeing but it turned out to be a theme park! It was soooooo fun!!! I kept winning stuffed animals (I had to stop playing games there) but I ended up giving them away. They also had these cart roller coasters, swings, etc. It was basically a carnival but at the same time a replication of European influences, including a church in the theme park! The whole place was a masterpiece.
This tour was worth every penny. Guide was amazing and kept us all updated throughout the day via whatsapp. Would of been great if the tour did early starts up Bana Hills from when gates open but otherwise we saw quite a bit and am happy with that.. No regrets
Very good experience, good place to visit. You can’t say you have visited Da Nang, Vietnam without visiting Bana Hills
The trip to Ba Na Hills was fantastic. Nancy was a very friendly and enthusiastic guide. The .Magic started with the cable car ride up to the resort. Great views! The Golden Bridge was amazing. We were lucky to have such a clear day. The gardens had an Alice in Wonderland feel. The French village was also very amazing. Plenty of food and drink on offer.
Great day out seeing golden bridge and bana hills . The cable car itself is amazing with views across the mountains. Pagoda is well worth the walk down to. Looked after by our guide
Good day out, amazing bridge although very busy. Impressive cable car ride views stunning despite weather if no cloud would've been awesome. Loved the French village at the top, looked very authentic. Lots of nice places to eat and drink. Nancy our tour guide wonderful, very informative, helpful and fun. Would highly recommend.
It was an incredible experience going up in the cable car and witnessing the forrest and golden bridge. Our tour guide Khanh was amazing - I highly recommend this tour and Khanh as a guide
Ba Na hills is a beautiful amusement park. It's mind blowing to see what they've turned this historic mountain from foreign occupation and war into a place Vietnamese and foreigners can together in peace. Our guide made the experience amazingly joyful.
Super worth it and unforgettable tour with my family. One of my best memories and best decision in life. It’s such an amazing tour experience. Our tour guide Billy was very knowledgeable and helpful to us. He did his best to make us happy and comfortable during the tour. Excellent tour guide.
A great day at Ba Na Hills and Golden Bridge. Pick-up from our hotel with a small group. Our guide Hans was great!
Fabulous tour with outstanding guide Tom and Mr Driver no Jerry very knowledgeable on the tour detail and about the history of Vietnam
We had a great experience with our guide during the Bana Hills tour. The entire day was very well organized and went smoothly from start to finish. Our guide managed everything perfectly, ensuring we covered all the key attractions without any hassle. He was friendly, professional, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. Overall, it was a wonderful and well-planned day. Highly recommended!
Amazing day out and great tour guide Khanh, he gave us enough time at each attraction and was very efficient showing us around. Great day would highly recommend
Fantastic place it is for families but well worth the vist lots to see and lots to do,food was various and well priced
Very enjoyable day at Ba Na Hills We had a great day visiting Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge. The cable car ride was impressive and the views were beautiful. Our guide was friendly, well-organized, and made sure everyone in the group was comfortable. Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop-off.
Guide made the difference Ba Na Hills is already beautiful, but having a friendly and caring guide made the experience much better. He was always checking on everyone. Highly highly recommend
Our guider Nhan was excellent. She worked very hard to make sure everyone have a good time during the tour. She even bought birthday cakes for passagers who is celebrating that day.
Was really disappointed in this tour. Firstly, I picked the 9:30 pick up but the guide still wanted to bring us back down from the park and back on the minibus to go home at the same time as the 7:30 departure tour - meaning we’d have two hours less at the park for the same price. Myself and others in the group pointed this out and reminded the guide it was an 8 hour excursion so we should be able to stay later. The guide told some of us to return at 3:30, some at 4, some at 4:30-5! So we all came back at different times and some had to wait 90 minutes by the entrance - such a waste. Secondly, she could speak a little English in that she could tell us what we were doing right at the moment or immediately next but she never gave us an overview of the day or explained where she’d be taking us except for the “3:30 return” even though we didn’t get there until 11, and she was unable to answer any questions people asked her. I suspect she was new as she was also very quiet, didn’t speak loudly to the group or act with any confidence or even effectively guide us. The whole group was really confused and kept losing her, after 20 or so minutes of this once we’d arrived from the cable car a few of us decided to just go off and do our own thing as it was too frustrating. The theme park entrance is 1 million dong and you can book a return shuttle on klook for only around £7, so if you want to go to Ba Na Hills don’t waste your time with a “tour”, just do it yourself and save yourself a few quid!
Good experience! Well organized trip!
