Lin was such an excellent tour guide. He made the Ba Na Hill and Golden Bridge tour interesting and fun. He really looked after the group as well. I recommend him as a tour guide as he was so engaging with the group and with everyone.

A lovely day out. The cable car was a great experience. Our guide Rosie was professional and experienced. Would recommend.
The tour guide was a lovely lovely guy called Thinh who was one of the friendliest people we've met so far. Top marks to Thinh for his enthusiasm and energy. He's a great tour guide. The park itself is a bit mental but we were prepared for the quirkiness and knew it was a fad for tourists but as we were travelling with kids I felt we were open to the experience . The concept is interesting. A magical french village in the sky with rollercoasters. What's not to love. The cable car was great. But on arrival we each had to pay an extra 300k on top of the entrance we'd already paid in order to get the sun world SILVER WOW pass to avoid waiting two hours for a cable car. We hate the Skip Queue pass concept but it was so hot and kids were losing the will to live and there were soooo many tourist buses arriving every minute The actual french village was rammed with tourists. Queues everywhere. The wow pass was supposed to allow us to use a separate queue for rides but we never saw evidence of this. There is a GOLD WOW pass that allows this on some rides. If you have the opportunity to buy the wow pass before you get there definitely do it. I'm sure it's cheaper. We found that we queued to get food only to be told that the food counter does not accept cash and there is a separate place to pay for items before ordering. Buying food and tickets for the rides is overly complicated and frustrating. Especially when it's 35°. If you are there to wander and wonder at this magical place perhaps you may enjoy it more than us. Maybe go by private car and get there for the first cable cars to avoid the crowds. Or do the afternoon 3:30 entrance which is quieter but rides will be closed by 5pm. Overall we felt we could have spent a day elsewhere and had more fun without spending so much on this trip.
It was an early start but understand why as its to beat the crowds. Lin our guide was amazing in navigating all spots to ensure we got the best pictures and had the best time on the tour. He was cheery and informative. He ensured we got to buffet ahead of everyone so was a more leisurely experience. Cable car ride was worth all the hype. We had a great day, so thank you.
Good tour run by Jun. Thank you Sir.
Thanks to our great guide Mr. Jun we had perfect day at Ba Na Hills. He was kind, helpful with a perfect english and made our time pleasant.
When I booked it, I somehow didn't realize this was a guided tour. I am not a fast walker. I have pain. The guide, Quang was super friendly and attentive to any of us in the group who fell behind. (Hubby and I were NOT the only ones....) This is fantastic for young, fit people who want to try to see everything the park has to offer! I thought we were getting park tickets and a buffet lunch. I was not disappointed just a little surprised.
Great little trip, they pick you up from your hotel, take care of you during the trip and drop you off afterwards. Good guides and we were lucky with the weather.
Very enjoyable day, well organised, Jun was an excellent tour guide with a great sense of humour, also very knowledgeable and attentive.
Great trip with an enthusiastic and happy guide Rosie. Amazing ride in the cable cars & train to see some spectacular views. Good value & a great day.
Our tour guide was knowledgeable, helpful and just a lot of fun!! Her personality made the trip more fun and exciting! She was funny as well!! Lived it so much!!
Busy but breathtaking, worth a visit , also the flower garden is beautiful . We were lucky that we got some sun on this visit, because Ba Na hooks was very foggy and low visibility.
This is a massive Disneyesque theme park on a the top of a mountain outside Da Nang. It is only accessed by a spectacular cable car ride. The sheer scale of the facility would require some pre-planning to make the best use of your time and to see what you want to see or you could arrange a visit with a guide. It has massive amount of attractions from slot machines to massive fairy castles. It attracts lots and lots of visitors so do not expect a solitary stroll along an isolated mountain path. This used to be a French attraction in the past which may go so explain why it is such an eclectic European vibe.
Ba na hills is a fun and interesting day out from da nang. This tour provides great transport and organises cable car, golden bridge, flower garden and lunch choices. Once at the top there was a lot of free time to explore at your own pace, rides and fun things.
This visit to Ba Na Hills exceeded our expectations. Our guide was wonderful and very informative and knowledgeable able not only the resort but the history and Vietnamese history and culture. Thank-you.
Best experience ever! Thank you so much Jun for being an amazing guide 😊 Very knowledgeable and made the tour a memorable experience.
Great tour. The cable car ride was amazing and the Golden Bridge exceeded my expectation because the weather was perfect. The French Village and the Jardin de Amour were also fantastic. Tha park is much bigger than I expected, but there are lots of places to relax and refresh. Our tour guide Rosi was amazing, I think I would have gotten lost if she hadn’t had helped us.
I think this is the best way to see Ba na Hill as a tourist, because the cost of getting a Grab there from Da Nang and then buying the cable car tickets is almost as much as the tour, and then you don't have anyone to show you the shortcuts. It's a lot cooler up there and although I read a lot of very mixed reviews, we thoroughly enjoyed the day. There is so much to do (including free beer at the Brewery) that we ran out of time to see & do it all. Be prepared for lots and lots of people and extreme crowds though, especially on the Golden Hands bridge
the guide mariana is very friendly and we enjoyed our daybat sunworld. the weather was great but the place was crowded
The day at the Ba Na Hills, seeing golden bridge an a lot more, was worth of my time 100%! Our guide Ms Linh was kind, helpful and shared her knowledge of the destination and Vietnam in general. Nice day!
A great experience, but the time given to explore was short. Due to traffic and waiting and long lines, the extended time should be given.
Pick-up went perfectly. Rosie the tour guide was amazing and very helpful. The place however was a well co-ordinated tourist trap. Couldn't see much because of the mist the whole time. The place is nice but very expensive. What does help with the queues is booking through the tour operator who have a skip the line preference. This in itself was worth the price. If you are into the theme park and resort vibe then this is for you. If not give it a skip. This of course is no indication on the tour operator who was fantastic with price and service.
From start to finish I had the most amazing experience, my guide was wonderful and slightly funny but helpful and very informative. Ba Na Hills is a must see and do tour it’s absolutely magical being high up in the mountains and then it looks like a freaking Castle up there with so many wonderful places to eat, the flower garden is great, the Buddha and the rides the arcade the hotels everything is amazing and so affordable.
Lovely tour - amazing tour guide ! Wonderful day out. Was raining while there but still managed to see the bridge and have an explore.
What an amazing day. We were advised of puckup time by Linh, our guide for the day. After picking up the other tour members we headed to Ba Na Hills. On the way, Linh provided a wonderful commentary of regional and country history. On reaching the site, Linh guided us through the queues and onto/into the various places. Throughout the day, Linh escorted to the various locations giving an often numerous summation. On balance, it was a long day out made enjoyable by Linh's guidance. Even the journey back to our hotel was enjoyable. I would rate this experience my No.1 Vietnam tour and would highly recommend others to take this tour.
The golden bridge is very beautiful and the area around it is picturesque. I did not realize beforehand that this Ba Na Hills / Sunworld tour is really just a guided trip to an amusement park. So, the day is entertaining but not the most culturally informative and there are a lot of tourist crowds. That being said, I still had a good time on this tour.
This was a great day out! The golden bridge was very busy and crowded with tourists but underneath was a great view and less busy. The guide was super lovely and kept us together as a group when needed, he was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour (and a great singing voice!). We had a few hours free time to explore the park and its surrounding buildings. In our opinion it is not worth the extra money to book the buffet lunch as there are many other food options within the park for a fraction of that price. The views from the cable car are breathtaking. This tour includes all entry for bridge, cable cars, and sunworld park. There are lots of activities that you can do in the theme park - our favourite was the 5D movie, 360 movie and the arcade games. Even though it was a bit misty - we could still see the bridge and the fog in the theme park came and went. It added to the experience if anything but bring a jumper!
Taurus trap alert! On their website, it stated that five years and younger it’s going to be free. Upon arriving, we found out five years old and under it’s free if they’re under 1 m.. my child was 1 m and 1 cm which they didn’t count for the shoes. Wouldn’t let her take off the shoes and proceeded to charge me the full mission price.. this place nickels and dime. Customer Service was useless and I actually had to get a manager involved because they are not very handicap friendly. the Donning at the four star buffet was decent and the overall atmosphere was OK but for the amount of money that they charged to nickel and Diễm was unfair, so if you’re traveling with family or young children, I would stay away from this place
Spectacular views on the gondola ride up and down. The 4 and 5 D movies were fun, So many things to see and do. The tour guide Ms Banana was outstanding
Do not do the wine tasting cellar because you only get one glass of wine and nothing much to see. We paid 300,000 each for platinum and we were very disappointed. There was a travel group outside waiting to go in and I told them it was a con and not to bother. The wine was very ordinary and I was expecting to taste a number of wines not just one.
Very nice tour well organised. And well worth the visit. Tour guide was very friendly, helpful and informative.
Very impressive development so high up in the mountains. You need to catch reasonably good day for weather. A little more restaurants than i expected. seemed like half in the upper range.
Exceeded my expectations! The bridge was amazing obviously but the Ba Na Hills theme or mark area was very deluxe Our tour guide was good and efficient. Clear communication to organise drop off and pick up
we were lucky tour without rain. Normally rain on the top of the mountain. Very cool and sometimes become foggy it was nice scene to take a photo.
Had an awesome time at Ba Na Hill. Special recommendation for our tour leader and guide - Mr Phong. He was very engaging and enthusiastic throughout the journey and made the day memorable.
Ba Na Hills Sun World is worth the trip. It’s not just the Golden Bridge, which to us was the highlight. But there were so much more. The cable ride had amazing views. Once you get to the top, you’ll be able to experience the bridge. Depending on what time you go, it can be a bit crowded. We were told best time is early morning when the park opens. However, the view might not be as nice because it can be really foggy. I guess that will also depend on the month you decide to go. After you experience the bridge, definitely make your way to the flower garden and Linh Ung Pagoda. You’ll need to take another cable car to reach the French Village and Fantasy Park. Once there don’t miss the Flying Eyes ride. It’s a simulation that takes you around the world. Worth the wait in what can be a pretty long line. Looks like they’re working on expanding the park because you’ll see a lot of construction going on. We appreciate the tour company we booked with for the transfer and tickets. We originally signed up for a small group tour with a guide but had the option to switched to private car. Thank goodness we did. You don’t need a guide around the park. To us, it was better to go on our own at our own pace and stayed as long as we wanted. Also, not having to be cramped in a bus. If you’re in Đà Nẵng, make sure you add this attraction to your list of places to visit.
Good place to spend full day . Take tickets before or through travel agent. Reach there and take cable car , it’s really very long with beautiful mountains
This was a wonderful and fun experience! The tour was very well organised from the pick up to drop off at our hotel. Our tourguide Jun was great! He guided us throughout our time at Ba Na Hills while telling us about the history and background of the place! Highly recommend this tour!!
We chose the tour with buffet launch with some apprehension for we are vegetarians. The cable car going up and coming down was a wonderful experience. Ba Na hill's theme park - Sun World is gorgeous! It is a work in progress but whatever is ready is breathtaking. The golden bridge is much smaller than what pictures leads one to believe. Choose a sunny day, otherwise the tour is not as much fun. But the lunch! Never thought that we shall get such a spread and also so yummy. Vegetarian section was apparently started for Indians who have started visiting Vietnam in large numbers.
Overall a good experience but the bus given as too less leg if ur tall do avoid .. tour wise they r very much on time & tour guide takes extra care .
Katie made the day amazing and worth every penny, highly recommend, Ba Na Hills was unreal to see and Katie made it a smooth day with 5 kids
Thank you Lyn and team for the wonderful trip arrangement. Helpful and informative tour guide. We enjoyed so much. Thanks!
Went to ba na hills... Had a great time Mr thanh was a great tour guide would definitely recommend 😊
Khoa (Fa) is an amazing tour guide! Very funny, personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Fun experience!
The tour guide “Lin” is a funny, knowledgeable and organized guy! We had a great time, the restaurant was nice with great service and delicious food. I highly recommend this tour!
Picked up promptly from our hotel we went to Ba Na Hills. The guide was very well organised and explained well everything in advance. The cablecar was a wonderful experience. We were fortunate it was the flower festival and all the beds were very colourful with tulips.Lunch was the best buffet we have ever had on a day trip. There was every type of food imaginable.Drinks were also free.We also enjoyed the French village at the top. This tour is a must if you are in the area.
It's a must place to visit when you're in this part of Vietnam, but I think it needs a right season to enjoy it even more. I think summer is the best time, when the sky is clear. It was foggy and drizzling when I came last December, so there's not much of a view and the roller coaster ride is closed. Too much tourists also, the Golden Bridge are so crowded that it made me wish the pair of hands would clap... I guess it's preferable to come as early as you can.
Fantastic tour! The place was lovely and our tour guide Chin was very good! Will highly recommend! Thank you so much for the great experience!
When we bought this full day tour package, we didn't fully realize this destination was really at a mountain top and the temperature is easily 10 degrees less than what is happening near your hotel in Danang! The hotel representative did not make this known to us and my strongest impression of my time spent there is...COLD and gusty winds!! It was nice to see the Golden Bridge (hand) but I enjoyed it more from the inside. Eventually I did venture out to take a few photos by the hand but that's all I could do because my feet were freezing (wearing sandals, no socks) so I went back inside and chatted with some other tourists who were also trying to stay warm. Most of my group were visiting the gardens. Our tour group gathered and we proceeded to the buffet lunch which seemed to have plenty of options. It was alright but certainly not outstanding. The most enjoyable time was spent chatting with some new friends from the tour group. My husband went to ride one of the "roller coasters" while I wandered around the Games building playing a few different games like basketball hoops, jumping frogs. This destination is about fair ground rides, arcades, games...if you love these then you'll have a great time. If you don't, I'd advise you to give it a miss and spend more time in Hoi An or in Hue.
The Ba Na Hills: Sun World is truly a must visit place in Da Nang, Vietnam. Its sceneries, fantasy world, free unlimited rides and arcades, the best getaway trip like no other. Make sure to come visit here you will not regret it. The place might be sunny but the cool breeze is just amazing you won't feel any heat. The restaurants are also affordable amd the best part they are mostly buffets. Experiencing this was the best in my Vietnam trip. Definitely will come back again. 👍 Date of Visit: July 23, 2019
