We had a wonderful experience staying here. The staff were very kind and helpful from the moment we made our reservation, and after arriving, we were even more impressed by how welcoming and attentive everyone was. The hotel is even better in person than we expected, and we truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you so much for making our trip to Da Nang even more special. We are very grateful for your kindness and warm hospitality. We would definitely love to come back again!

The Service and Location of the Yarra Ocean is too good. Staff is also attentive and helpful. Make sure you check about room here before booking, they do have No View, No Window rooms which can be frustrating at such a great location.
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Yarra Ocean Suites Da Nang I normally don’t like leaving negative reviews, but after our experience at Yarra Ocean Suites Da Nang, I feel that other travellers deserve to know what happened. We arrived late at night after travelling for an entire day, expecting to check in and finally get some rest. Instead, there was a problem with our booking on the hotel’s side, and we were left waiting in the lobby for a couple of hours into the early morning while they tried to sort it out. After such a long journey, this was an incredibly frustrating start to our stay. Unfortunately, the service and housekeeping did not improve afterwards. During our stay, the rubbish bins were sometimes not emptied even after the room had been cleaned, and on some days they forgot to replace the toilet paper. These may sound like small things, but they are basic services that you expect from a hotel. Because our flight was only later in the day, we asked if we could have a late check-out. Eventually, after everything that had happened, the hotel offered us one. However, when we later walked past reception, we were told that we could only have the late check-out if we took down our bad reviews. This was honestly the most disappointing part of the entire experience. A hotel should never make a service conditional on a guest removing honest feedback. You cannot undo a bad experience by offering something afterwards, and you certainly cannot expect a guest to delete their review in exchange for it. When we refused to remove the reviews, they then refused to let us check out as arranged and proceeded to ignore us. At that point, it felt less like an attempt to resolve a problem and more like we were being treated differently because we had expressed our dissatisfaction. We understand that mistakes can happen. What matters is how a hotel handles those mistakes. Unfortunately, throughout our experience we felt there was very little accountability or genuine effort to make things right. From the booking mistake and hours of waiting at check-in, to the inconsistent housekeeping, missing toilet paper and full rubbish bins, and finally being told that our late check-out depended on removing our negative reviews, this was an experience we will not forget. Most importantly, reviews are supposed to reflect a guest’s genuine experience. No hotel should try to use a service or favour as leverage to influence what a customer says about their stay. We paid for our stay and expected basic service, cleanliness and professional treatment. Sadly, that is not what we experienced. Would we stay here again? No. Would we recommend it to others? Unfortunately, no. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the way a hotel treats guests when something goes wrong says far more about the hotel than when everything goes smoothly.
My family stayed here for two nights and overall I was quite satisfied. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the male receptionist whose name I don't remember. The beds were comfortable and cozy. The breakfast was average, there weren't many options. The hotel is very close to the beach, just across the road. It's a very lively area with many places for entertainment, dining, and massage. The swimming pool is uncovered, and since Da Nang summers are very hot, we could barely swim when the sun came out, reducing the time we could use the facilities. The biggest drawback of the hotel is definitely the Beach Club across the road, which stays open late at night with very loud music. Anyway, the staff provided earplugs so I could sleep better at night.
This was the best hotel I stayed during my stay in Da Nang. The room was very open and spacious. The king sized bed was comfortable. The views from this room was just breathtaking. The room had all the basic amenities you could imagine. The staffs were helpful and polite. The breakfast was extraordinary with so many options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to stay in it again someday in the near future.
