Wink Danang Centre, Unscripted By Hyatt - 24 Hours Stay

“Solid stay with great river views” Overall a good stay. The hotel, location, facilities, and service were all at a good standard. The room had a nice view over the Han River, and while breakfast was a bit simple, the 19th-floor breakfast area had a lovely view. My room was fine and comfortable, though noticeably smaller than I expected. Still, everything was acceptable for the price — I’d consider staying again.

I had a bit of trouble figuring out the check-in process at first because of the hotel's layout, but everything after that was excellent. The room was stylish and beautifully designed. While the breakfast selection could have been a little more extensive, everything I tried was delicious. The staff at the pho station kindly helped me make sure I had an authentic bowl of pho, and the staff at the drink bar also showed me how to prepare Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. Every single staff member I met was incredibly friendly and welcoming—even the person who appeared to be the manager. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to get around. I'd definitely love to stay here for a longer visit next time.

I had a great stay overall and would happily stay here again. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. The Dragon Bridge and the Han River are just a short walk away, and there are plenty of markets, restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby. It’s also easy to get around by taxi or bike. The hotel offers a free shuttle to both the beach and Wink Riverside (on a fixed schedule). The shuttle driver deserves a special mention—he was incredibly kind, cheerful, and always made the ride enjoyable. As a guest at Wink Centre, I was also able to use the facilities at Wink Riverside, including the spa and swimming pool. The pool is quite small and only about 1.2 meters deep, but the view is absolutely beautiful, making it a lovely place to relax. The breakfast was good, with a wonderful view from the dining area. The bed was comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel provides plenty of towels in different sizes, the TV works well with YouTube access, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. I was also impressed by the soundproofing—I never heard any noise from other rooms, which made the stay very peaceful. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything I needed. The only downside was the cleanliness. The bed linen didn’t always seem to be changed regularly, and the floors were not always as clean as I expected. Also, while the hotel isn’t within walking distance of the beach, the free shuttle makes getting there much more convenient. Overall, this is a comfortable hotel with an excellent location, great amenities, and outstanding staff. It offers very good value for money, and I’d definitely choose to stay here again.

The staff works very hard to provide good customer service. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was better than expected and the location was very convenient. The fitness center could use an upgrade, and we sometimes found it a mess. Overall, though, a good value for the price.
