17 of us spent 5 days at voco Ma Belle and am glad to say our stay was very pleasant, enjoyable, and stress free. The entire staff was courteous, helpful and accommodating. The restaurant staff provided high quality service and we enjoyed the food and drink options they offered. The rooms had a great view of the beach and city. The hotel is on the quieter side of the beach area which we preferred.

A Wonderful Stay with Amazing Hospitality! I had a fantastic stay at voco Ma Belle Da Nang and really enjoyed my time here! The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring Da Nang. The food was delicious, with a great selection, and the rooftop bar was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. A wonderful place to enjoy a drink, relax, and take in the amazing views. What made the experience even more special was the friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone contributed to making my stay truly enjoyable. A special thank you goes to Tina Khoa Thanh, who took such great care of me every morning during breakfast. Her genuine kindness, warm smile, and positive energy always gave me the perfect start to my day. It’s these little personal touches that make a hotel stay truly memorable. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great facilities, delicious food, and wonderful people. I felt very welcome throughout my stay and would happily return on my next visit to Da Nang! Highly recommended! 😊

We spent 7 wonderful days at Voco Ma Belle, and overall it was a great experience. This hotel is definitely a beautiful place to stay: it is clean, comfortable, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I especially want to mention Peter and say a big thank you for his kindness and help 🫶🏻 The breakfasts were amazing. The food was delicious, and I think almost everyone can find something special for themselves because there were so many options from different cuisines. We really enjoyed it. The view from our room was breathtaking. The hotel is located right near the famous My Khe Beach, which is very convenient. Around the hotel there are many cafes, 24/7 shops, and money exchange places, so the location is really comfortable. The rooftop pool was also one of my favorite parts. It was so nice to swim there and just enjoy the view. I also loved the atmosphere of the hotel. When you enter, you can smell this beautiful scent, and the air conditioning works perfectly (which was a lifesaver after being outside in the heat). The only small thing I would mention is the luggage assistance. It was our first time in Vietnam, so I am not sure what the usual service is here, but in many hotels, guests are usually welcomed at the entrance, helped with luggage, and guided to the room during check-in. We had a girls’ trip and our suitcases were quite heavy, so we expected some help with them, but unfortunately, nobody assisted us with our bags. (However when we were checking out Peter helped us😊) But overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Voco Ma Belle. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Da Nang.

Stayed in a bunkbed type room with my wife and 2 kids. Room was cozy, clean, and well maintained. Kids loved the bunk beds! The front desk with Henry was super helpful and efficient. Peter at concierge was always there to help with suggestions on where to go and getting us set up for trips to Ba Na hills and hoi an. The team at Lyla for the breakfast buffet went above and beyond everyday and we are thankful for how impressive their service was. The pool had an immaculate view and was heated slightly. The kids and I stayed there for hours and enjoyed the happy hours. The gym is a bit small, but it's air conditioned and has enough to get a workout in. Location wise, the beach is across the street and never gets crowded. The waves are calm, and plenty of activities to do. Lots of restaurants nearby. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. They certainly make being an IHG member worthwhile. I can't thank the staff enough for how well run the hotel is.
