The hotel should be simply great overall. I stayed here twice. But I do hope the owner / management team fixes the problem of daily breakfast usually are being served late. Often fully ready at 6:50 or 7:00, easily affect guests' schedule.

We had a lovely stay in this small hotel. Our room was looking out towards the street but this was not noisy at all. The bed was comfortable, room was spotless and all amenities were in good working order. We were greeted by Tuoi who was lovely and very helpful answering any questions we had. The daily breakfast was delicious with options to suit all tastes. Thd pool was very refreshing after being out in the heat. Thd tranquil setting of Vernal made our stay here very enjoyable.
Amazing boutique hotel, we had a perfect stay during our 7 nights there. Friendly staff, beautiful decoration and details, spotless clean rooms and general spaces. The room are spacious, enough room for your clothes and to let your towels dry for example. The breakfast lady is sweet, very tasty breakfast with also enough fruit and vegetables. The pool is great, also the shadow end for small children. They provide pooltowels. Nice to have several areas to sit, like next to the pond or at the roof terrace. All the staff was friendly, at the reception, the cleaning ladies, the breakfast lady and the handyman/poolman. The location is close by several great restaurants, the beach and spa's.
At first glance the hotel looks nice. The fish were very calming, there is a lot of beautiful wood design, and the balcony view was cute and relaxing. However, the atmosphere inside honestly felt more like a funeral home than a vacation place. Almost nobody smiles, and the staff constantly looked so sad and unhappy that it affected the whole mood of the stay. Another important thing: if you book a small room, be prepared that sleeping there can be very uncomfortable. The humidity inside is extremely strong, and during the first couple of days it was almost impossible for us to sleep properly. If you turn the air conditioner off, the room becomes unbearably hot and stuffy. But if you keep it on, it blows directly into your face and eyes all night, and it’s very easy to get sick. We would definitely recommend booking a bigger room. We stayed for more than two weeks with a child and booked a room for three people, but we constantly had to ask for the third towel because it was often missing. Breakfast closes very early — at 9:30 — and if you come closer to the end, you can clearly feel that the staff is unhappy to see you there. On vacation many people want to sleep a little longer, so extending breakfast until 10:00 would make much more sense. What really ruined the experience was the constant charging for every small thing. We were charged for a broken plate, for a bedsheet after our child accidentally wet the bed once, and even for the mattress. It honestly felt like you should avoid touching anything in the room if you don’t want extra charges later
Decent hotel for the price — can’t really ask for much more. The room was comfortable and the overall stay was pleasant. The hotel provides a full range of breakfast options, which was a nice bonus to start the day. There are also plenty of eateries and spas around the hotel, making it very convenient for food and relaxation. A convenience store is located within about an 8-minute walk as well. Overall, a good value stay with great accessibility to nearby amenities.
