Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Beautiful location with city view. The buffet offered a great variety of food and tasty, and the staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. We especially appreciated the complimentary foot massage and airport transfer upon departure. Very grateful for the delicious in house tea provided upon arrival and as my son loved it when asked gave us multiple times. One of the staff even gave me the recipe. The VIP room and private car with a driver were lovely touches that made our departure extra special. I also loved that the hotel had a day spa available. Loved the swimming pool view and how it catered for children and adults. Very good location, next to McDonald, pizza and close by with alot of good restaurants and refreshments and bubble tea. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. Wish the swimming pool was a bit heated. Also We were not provided with enough towels for the four of us, and despite requesting extra towels, we didn't get it and had to make another call. We were told there was a limit. The bathtub could have been cleaner, and the air conditioning in our room kept switching off, which affected our sleep. The gym also lacked working air conditioning, making it uncomfortable to exercise. The fridge temperature wasn't as cold. The tv and safe batteries stopped working. While some staff communicated well in English, communication could occasionally be a little challenging. Upon departure we ask if we can check out earlier and they said its okay and will send someone to help us and that never happened. It was a little challenging having 5 luggages with two young children. Overall, it was a decent stay with some excellent hospitality and thoughtful complimentary services. With improvements to room maintenance, cleanliness and guest comfort, the experience could be even better.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience staying at Vanda Hotel in Da Nang, Vietnam. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. We arrived at around 9 PM, and despite it being late in the evening, the receptionist, Trinh, was absolutely excellent! She greeted us with a warm smile, was incredibly friendly and professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail to ensure we had all the information we needed. Her kindness, patience, and attention to detail really stood out and made our check-in experience so smooth and pleasant. Truc - the tour guide was excellent aswell as Vy and Binh just had exceptional customer service. Overall, we highly recommend Vanda Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang. The experience started on such a positive note thanks to Trinh, and we truly appreciate the excellent service she provided. Thank you, to everyone for making us feel so welcome! Absolutely wonderful experience at Vanda Hotel! The view of the dragon bridge from our room was outstanding! Comfy room too. The breakfast was amazing with many choices! Myself, my husband and my daughter loved the Vietnamese coffee that Sa Linh made! It was so good! She was one of sweet and friendly faces that greeted us in the morning and made our stay here even more special. I cannot say enough good things about this place!
Our stay at Vanda Hotel was wonderful, thanks to the warm hospitality and outstanding service from the staff. Huyen from the Customer Relations team went above and beyond to assist us in recovering my daughter’s lost mobile phone. She reached out to the Lost & Found department at Ho Chi Minh City Airport and followed up diligently until the phone was successfully delivered to Da Nang Airport. Her dedication and genuine care were truly remarkable. When we encountered a minor issue with one of our rooms, the hotel promptly upgraded us, which we sincerely appreciated. We would also like to thank Truc, Tuan, An, and Tung from the front desk and maintenance teams for their assistance and support during the room upgrade. Both rooms we booked for our family were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return to Vanda Hotel on our next visit to Da Nang.
Have a pleasant 2-night stay with my family. We were served with welcoming staffs and a welcome drink is offered. Room is spacious and clean, location is great, convenient with walking distance local and international food options. Nice city view from the window. The hotel is located within walking distance to Dragon bridge as well, you can see the hotel when riding the boat. What really impressed me is the surprise from the hotel which they put a birthday cake on our table with some deco made from towel, and a handwritten note from the staff, since it’s my sister birthday (which we believe they noticed that upon registration process where our passport indicated DOB). It’s such a sweet gesture that create such wonderful memory to us, as we had usually travel to celebrate birthday and Vanda Hotel really made the effort to show appreciation to guests and it really made our day 🥰 also, they do provide complimentary chocolate to guests everyday in a lovely box, small gift that really made our stay feel special 💕 We reported issue of the door lock in one of the rooms at the front counter, and the maintenance staff arrived with tools and replaced the lock within 5mins. Superb!! The staffs at front counter, concierge area and room keeping are all very polite and helpful. The breakfast is just mediocre, not really to our liking as some of the dishes were overcooked, and not much options. But I love the beverage options of juices and coffee, the ice coffee tastes really good! The staffs at the breakfast did not engage much and no courtesy to check if we have finish before taking off the plate from the table. Kudos to the male manager (didn’t get his name), he is very helpful and do everything full-heartedly, he took care of the beverage section and kept mopping the floor whenever he notice the floor is wet to avoid slipping incident and walk around the dining area to ensure everything is well kept.
