Hotel not easily accessible to people with mobility problems. Room was huge but under utilised. It would have been better without the 2 double beds pushed together. 2 king singles would have been sufficient and a small lounge and table. TV remote had to be replaced 😒 one of the bedside lamps didn't work. Only 2 very lumpy uncomfortable pillows were provided.no cushions. Sensor light in the entrance would only stop blinking on and off when all lights were turned off. The advertised pool and bar on the 15th floor was not there. From 15th floor you had to walk up 2 flights of 20 stairs. False advertising. The advertised restaurant was only a breakfast room. False advertising again 😑 😒 sparse amenities. Look somewhere else.

Everything except the toaster at breakfast and rooftop bar was good 👍. Toaster at breakfast did not toast the bread and none of the many staff seemed to understand that I personally like my toast toasted, that is brown but not burnt , and I could not get even light brown. They did not help. Maybe if I had have used google translate to explain i would be a happier man .The breakfast looked good but I personally like toast. What I did get tasted ok jam was good little butter things were fresh one day , runny the next . The rooftop bar is a large flight of stairs from the lift , then more stairs . I didn't make it , gave up It was stinking hot and I was not up for climbing a mountain to drink beer when the river front bamboo bar is at ground level one block away and serves a wonderful mojito. All up the room was good aircon very good service good except for the toast experience and location is good. Great view of dragon Bridge from room.
I enjoyed staying at this hotel during my visit to Da Nang. The location is excellent and affordable, close to the Han River, which was perfect for morning walks, as well as Han Market and the Pink Church. There are also many great restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The staff were friendly, and the rooftop pool was very nice.
The location is great, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. They provide a complimentary breakfast that is quite decent. The room is spacious, with a large bed and comfortable pillows, making for a pleasant stay. It’s within walking distance of Han Market, the Cathedral, and the Dragon Bridge, which makes getting around very convenient. Guests can also head up to the top floor for a better view of the Dragon Bridge. The view offers a completely different vibe during the day and at night, both equally enjoyable.
Senior suite was as pictured: spacious and feels luxurious with nice river views. However on close inspection, there are some stains on soft furniture and Mould on curtain in the bathroom Pool area has a nice river view both day and night but don’t go there expecting much of the dragon bridge show on weekends. Can’t see anything Location is excellent for the hai chau area. It isn’t far from my khe beach side but due to traffic, takes so much time to get there.
