The Nalod Da Nang

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful stay at Nalod Hotel Da Nang! We had a wonderful stay at Nalod Hotel Da Nang. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and perfectly located, with beautiful views and excellent facilities. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we truly felt comfortable and taken care in of. A special mention for the massage center inside the hotel — absolutely amazing! The massage was so relaxing and professionally done. After a long day of exploring Da Nang, it was exactly what we needed. One of the best massages we had during our trip! The rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended! We would definitely come back to Nalod Hotel Da Nang. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️🇻🇳

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious, and the swimming pool was large and very nice. We also appreciated the complimentary fruit platter upon arrival and the cakes we received at check-out, which were a thoughtful touch. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The hotel could have been cleaner, the windows cannot be opened, and there is no balcony. The hallways were quite noisy, and the food was average. The bell staff were not very attentive, and we were surprised to find that minibar purchases include an additional service charge. Overall, it's a decent hotel, but there is definitely room for improvement.

We had the ocean view suite for 3 nights. ✅ Pros: - The room is very well-facilitated and worth the price, esp if you still have to work during your trip. - The view is amazing! - Staff are professional. - They provide ground coffee and a coffee maker, which is great for coffee lovers! - They gave us farewell desserts the night before our checkout. ❌ Cons: - Elevators are super slow and not working efficiently even though there’re many. - Breakfast is not delicious. - Very poor noise isolation - you can easily hear the guests outside or in the room next door. The cleaning staff makes lot of noise in the morning too.

One of the highlights was the buffet, which was abundant, vibrant, and clearly prepared with intention. What stood out most, though, was the level of attention given to personal health, dietary preferences, and allergies. This is something that is often overlooked, yet here it was handled with genuine care and respect. I felt safe, supported, and nourished. Trinh and her team go beyond hospitality. They create an environment where you feel welcomed, honored, and held. There is a quiet excellence in the way they operate, and it leaves a lasting impression. Deep gratitude to Trinh and everyone at Nalod Resort for creating such a meaningful and heart-centered experience. I will absolutely return.
