The Blossom Resort Island Da Nang - Onsen Included

We absolutely loved our stay at The Blossom Resort! The resort is peaceful and quiet, which made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hot spring was especially wonderful, and we also really enjoyed the small swimming pool. It was cozy, clean, and just the right size for our family to enjoy some relaxing time together. Most of all, the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Especially sales manager Hai Dinh, Restaurant staff Tra My. Their warm hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. We had such a wonderful and relaxing time here and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay here! I love this place, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room had everything I needed. The only small suggestion I’d make is about sanitary pads. I’m sure they were probably available somewhere, as there were lots of thoughtful little amenities in the room, like a shower cap and other essentials, but I couldn’t find the pads. It would be really helpful to keep them somewhere visible and easy to find, since periods don’t always follow a perfect schedule and can sometimes start unexpectedly. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Da Nang. One of the best things about this hotel is that it has hot spring baths ♨️ There are an outdoor bath, sauna, steam sauna, and cold plunge, which made it a great place to relax and recover after a long day of sightseeing. For Japanese travelers and people living overseas, having a hot spring available during a trip is a really nice bonus. The resort is surrounded by greenery and has a peaceful atmosphere, even though it is conveniently located in Da Nang. It is also a great place to simply relax and spend some time at the hotel. The location is convenient not only for exploring Da Nang but also for visiting nearby destinations such as Hoi An and Ba Na Hills, so I would also recommend it to anyone planning to explore areas outside Da Nang. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Quynh and Huong at the reception for their kind and attentive service during our stay. I also had a spa treatment with Thuy and Duong — a 20-minute foot massage followed by a 5-minute shoulder massage. It was very relaxing and a great way to relieve some of the tiredness from sightseeing. ✨ I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy sightseeing while also having time to relax in a hot spring and enjoy a spa treatment. Overall the room and the location was decent. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. The staff never welcomed us or smiled at us during the breakfast. There was only one lady named Tra my that welcomed us during breakfast and catered to us. My parents were told they were going to get a room overlooking a beautiful view, but once they arrived the view was just construction and their air conditioning was not working properly so it was hot. They told the staff and ended up moving them to a room that was smaller than they paid for with a broken bidet. When they told the staff, they just said it was an old building and did not attempt to fix it. To add on to that, they did not give my parents a refund. As for my room, the air conditioning was too cold and could not be turned off to the point that I got a phlegmy cough and almost got sick if I had not started taking medicine. On one of our long days when we went to Bana hills for Sunworld we were exhausted and usually have to pay for the expenses at the hotel at the end of our stay. But once we got back to our hotel that day, the receptionists called my parents over even though we were extremely tired and were making them sign a paper to say that they will pay for a towel. It is because she accidentally stained one of their towels because she had her hair dyed 2 days ago. It was an accident and she had every intention to pay but those conversations are usually made at the end of the stay. After that happened, my mother sent a text to the manager explaining what had happened and that the staff was not treating us equally. The next day they gave us two free massages for a family of 5 to remedy the situation. We also suspected discrimination because whenever we had breakfast they stared at us or ignored us when we had questions. We did not think much about it until we saw Europeans come in and the staff basically ran to them to ask of they wanted anything cooked for them and welcomed them. We never had any treatment like that when we checked in to the hotel. I am not sure if they have something against Filipinos but they ignored me when I tried to ask for some coffee. My family and I were not satisfied with this resort because of the unequal treatment and maintenance of the rooms.
