An Unforgettable Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently had a fantastic stay at the Sofiana My Khe Hotel and cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the experience was wonderful. The staff greeted me with a warm welcome and a refreshing welcome drink, setting the perfect tone for the rest of my trip. Throughout my entire stay, the staff were incredibly helpful and constantly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The service here truly stands out. The hotel's location is also excellent, as it is just a short walk to the beach. The property itself is beautiful and exceptionally clean. My room was beautifully designed, immaculate, and very comfortable. One of the highlights is the rooftop bar and pool area. It is the perfect spot to unwind, especially during their daily happy hour from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, when you can enjoy excellent cocktails with a great view. Breakfast was amazing every morning, offering a wide and delicious variety of options, and it was a huge plus that it was included in the stay. Lastly, if you are looking for a massage or spa treatment, I highly recommend booking at the hotel’s own Emotion Spa. The quality and cleanliness are top-notch, and it is definitely worth choosing over the street spas nearby. We had such a wonderful experience that we will definitely be back on our next visit!

A very pleasant stay at Sofiana My Khe Hotel, especially thanks to its excellent location and outstanding service. The hotel is conveniently located near My Khe Beach, with many restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Special thanks to Victor for his excellent assistance, as well as the restaurant team and the concierges, who were always attentive and ready to help. Their service truly made our stay more enjoyable. The only minor drawbacks were a slightly unpleasant smell in the room without a window and some noise from a street vendor at night, which was a little noticeable in our triple room. Nevertheless, these points did not prevent us from having a very good stay. Overall, a well-located hotel with excellent service and a welcoming team. Definitely a hotel worth considering when staying in Da Nang.

The room was beautifully designed, and each bed came with two pillows, which was very convenient for me. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming. The front desk manager and Phi were especially kind and always willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices, and the breakfast supervisor was very attentive and took great care of the guests. The rooftop bar and swimming pool offered beautiful views, making it a wonderful place to relax. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the beach and many restaurants. The area downstairs is lively, so you can hear a little music from outside during the evening. However, we were usually out for dinner, and the music stopped around 11 p.m. to midnight, so it never disturbed our sleep. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Towels and toilet paper were always well stocked. Besides the regular room cleaning service in the morning, the hotel also provided a light evening housekeeping service. If you prefer privacy, simply press the “Do Not Disturb” button on the room control panel, and the staff will not enter your room. This is a hotel that is truly dedicated to maintaining high standards and providing excellent service. I would be very happy to stay here again if I have the opportunity. The hotel staff were very warm and welcoming. The TV in the room had the most channels I’ve ever seen in any hotel I’ve stayed at so far. I also really appreciated the thoughtful little details, such as arranging a room with the same number as the guest’s birthday and preparing a birthday cake made from towels. The location is excellent and very convenient for going to the beach. Tram at the front desk spoke very good English and helped us book a taxi to Ba Na Hills. The area around the hotel is also lively and convenient. The breakfast was very good, and the room was surprisingly quiet — though that might also be because we slept quite late. Overall, considering the price and the level of service, I think it was excellent. If I had had some small change, I definitely would have tipped the staff 😂 All in all, if I come here for a vacation again, I may choose to stay here again.
