⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, I'm impressed.The staff named Khanh is very caring. The accommodation is clean, the room is beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and the location is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is more tidy than expected. Overall, it's very worth it. This is a place that I would definitely choose to stay here if I have the chance to come back. ❤️
Location is good, nearby got cafe restaurant and also massage or spa and mart. We book 9room 1room got dirty problem first day, we notice this too late and hotel staff have off they work so can’t help to clean, they come say sorry and clean the room the next day, and provide free water for the room. One room toilet door can’t close, still ok. Other room is ok. Over all the price is really ok for the room and location.
Great little hotel. It is so refreshing to see the photos on the internet and then find your room is exactly the same as the photos! Our room was super-clean and very well equipped with full sized fridge, microwave, cooktop sink etc. It has a Scandinavian feeling with light natural colours and great LED lighting. There is a little noise from the road (occasionally horns honking) but that is just 'vietnam' and you get it everywhere! Bathroom was great and again clean, which is just so good when your travelling, to feel relaxed and know the room feels clean. Good TV and we enjoyed a late night movie with Netflix. Hotel is also in a good location, just a short walk from the Dragon Bridge and has Starbucks etc literally next door. Check-in staff was lovely, literally could not do enough to help.
Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was spacious and comfortable. You have a washer but nowhere to hang your clothes to dry. The room doesn't come with an iron or ironing board. You have to request with reception. Location is central. Lots of little mini marts in the area. VP Bank, no charge ATM, is a 8 minute walk away. Getting to the beach or river is a short Grab ride away. No mini bar. Water is refilled daily. Rooms are cleaned well. Private. Quiet. Safe.
The good: -daily cleaning -1 free bottle of drinking water per day The bad: -washing machine in room but drying service provided on 1st floor for small fee -provided slippers were unclean -stained couch n chair -4th floor view out the window was dated neighbor house We booked 8 nights. Mosquito enter our room on 6th night. We saw them before we went to bed. We blasted AC n used blanket as a shield. We still got bitten while sleeping. We forfeited the last 2 night. Got a different place so we can sleep in peace for the remaining of our stay in da nang
