This was a last-minute trip for us, and we were only in Da Nang for one night—which I definitely regret. This property is absolutely beautiful, and there were so many activities that I didn’t have nearly enough time to experience everything. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and absolutely perfect. We even had a personalized welcome message waiting for us on the bed, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel special from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious, and the beachfront area had such a fun vibe in the evening. It was the perfect place to enjoy dinner while taking in the view. Now let’s talk about the service… every single person we encountered was incredibly kind and accommodating—from the front desk and management team to the staff by the pool. Everyone made us feel so welcome. A special shoutout to Bao, who was not only so friendly but also an amazing photographer! There are endless beautiful spots around the property to take photos. This is definitely a place I’d come back to, and next time I’ll be staying much longer.

What an amazing day at Sheraton Da Nang! We were 5 adults and 2 children, and honestly, we loved absolutely everything. The service was outstanding from beginning to end. A huge thank you to the security guard at the entrance for the warm welcome, the concierge who helped us purchase the pool passes, the pool attendants, the snack bar staff, and especially the Food & Beverage Manager who personally came over to greet us and check that we were enjoying our meal. That level of genuine hospitality really makes a difference. The setting is absolutely stunning. The ocean views are breathtaking, there are floating tubes to relax in the pool, beautiful swings perfect for photos, charming little bridges, and a fun waterslide that kept the kids entertained for hours. The day pass is fantastic value: 550,000 VND, including 450,000 VND in food credit, with no hidden taxes or extra charges, unlike some other hotels. The food was excellent. The burger and fries combo was delicious, the fish and chips were fantastic, the pizzas were also very good, and the portions were generous. On top of that, the à la carte prices are very reasonable and not overpriced. Overall, we loved absolutely everything. It was a perfect experience from start to finish. A huge shout-out to the entire Sheraton Da Nang team—we'll definitely be back!
Still here, but feeling disappointed. While there were a few positives, the overall experience fell well short of what you'd expect from a Sheraton. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The biggest concern was the bread. We noticed dark spots throughout the loaf that made us genuinely question whether it was mold. Whether it was or wasn't, no guest at a five-star hotel should have to wonder if the bread they're eating is fresh. It immediately raised questions about quality control and hygiene. The hotel's Italian restaurant was equally underwhelming. It was surprising that such a basic staple as olio piccante wasn't available—something you'd expect to find in almost any Italian restaurant. Small details like these reflect a lack of attention to the guest experience. Hospitality is built on trust, consistency, and anticipating the needs of your guests. Unfortunately, this stay felt like those fundamentals had been overlooked. Sheraton seems to have forgotten that great service isn't just about the facilities—it's about making every guest feel confident that the smallest details have been taken care of.
A classic resort with an absolutely fantastic pool area. The pool is 250 meters long, grand and comfortable. It could use some renovation, as some of the tiles were loose, but the overall impression is impressive. The beds are the most comfortable we've experienced in Asia. The staff were friendly and breakfast was very good, though again a bit cramped. We tried the restaurants in the evening, which are among the only options on site, and it was nearly empty. Understandable given the price level: roughly double what you'd pay outside the resort. The food was good, but you feel the price. This is a typical resort with little to do just outside the gates. It's about 25 minutes by car to both Da Nang and Hoi An, but it's very easy to book transport via Grab. A great base if you want quiet, a pool and comfort, but be prepared for resort prices and needing a car to explore the area.
Beautiful resort with fantastic facilities, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. The only area that could be improved is the in-room entertainment. The TVs do not offer streaming services such as Netflix, Prime Video, or similar platforms, which would make relaxing in the room even more enjoyable after a long day. Apart from that, everything was excellent and highly recommended.
