STEAL Things were stolen during my stay. Believe the reviews you see. Personal belongings went missing from my room, which is completely unacceptable. Many of the positive reviews are fake, just check the profiles. Guests are charged different rates for the exact same room type without any explanation. I personally saw friends paying significantly different prices for identical rooms during the same period. After reporting issues, the atmosphere toward us noticeably changed. Basic amenities that are normally included were suddenly being withheld, and it felt like staff were trying to make the stay uncomfortable rather than resolve the concerns. While the location itself might seem convenient, it comes with major downsides. The hotel sits on a corner that is extremely loud. There is ongoing construction nearby, and a new bar across the street plays very loud music until late at night. Sleeping properly was nearly impossible due to the constant noise. Cleaning also doesn’t seem to matter at this place. It looks good on the surface but save yourself a headache and go somewhere else

The concierge was very friendly and polite. The superior room is very nice, and the renovations are decent compared to other hotels. We loved it, good luck to the owner.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Its kind of loud since its right by the street and little sound proofing. The police randomly showed up knocking on my door asking for a passport which was very strange. Other than that, for the price, its hard to beat! The front desk and over night staff could be more friendlier. They are very dry and to the point. They should be more bubbly and not so serious.

Warning ⚠️ This hotel is either run by a theft ring, or there are repeat offenders among the management staff. If you stay at this hotel, your belongings may be stolen, so please be extremely careful. I have lived in Vietnam for a total of six years, and among all the places I have ever stayed, this one is by far the worst and most despicable. My mobile phone went missing inside the hotel, so I called the hotel staff via their official Zalo account. He told me, “There are no bad people among our staff,” and said that if I was worried, I should just report it to the police. This is their usual tactic. The next day, I checked the hotel reviews and found numerous reports of theft by other guests. What’s more, multiple thefts had occurred within just one or two months. When I confronted the staff about this again, he casually replied, “It’s not uncommon.” This came right after he had explained just the day before that theft could not happen because “none of our staff are bad.” This hotel is truly dangerous. Everyone, please be careful. If you don’t believe my review, please go ahead and check the reviews of other guests as well.
