The room is spacious, linen of good quality. There is not much closet to hang our formal outfit, but does have enough shelf, nooks & crannies for cosmetics, shoes, etc. I have requested for extra blanket in the middle of the night, but the Concierge have no access for linen since housekeeping is not in-house. The Concierge passed the message to Housekeeping in am & was provided the same day. The Concierge is very helpful esp Nyna who helped booked us to Han Noi tour to Silk Factory, Pagoda, Marble Mountain & dinner. The hotel is accessible to restaurant, market, & beach within 15-30 min Walk, but we prefer Grub for convenience. The daily breakfast is sufficient for me For I usually eat light breakfast.
I stayed here for 6 days in june with partner family. It was amazing hotel it was modern and spacious. The room we had it was nice and tidy and clean. There is member of staff who really made our stay memorable his name is Hoang Tuan he was informative and gave us amazing tips about the da nang more kudos for him
Definitely will come back in future.

We love the service! Very accommodating and food are really good. We love it. Specially the ice tea🥹🤣 I even asked Ny Na (one of their staff) to share with me the name of the tea and she did, now, I will bring it home to Philippines. She’s very polite and easy to talk with too. 5 STARS for Ny Na too. lol

I stayed at the hotel from the 22nd to the 29th. All the staff were kind, the hotel was more luxurious than I expected, and above all, the scent was also good. The breakfast there was so delicious and each ingredient was fresh, so I looked forward to every morning. And I remember the NINA staff member because they treated me so well and were so kind. We had a little conversation before leaving, but we couldn't talk more because a grab taxi came. It reminds me of NINA.
