We stayed for 4N5D, and the moment we checked in , I know that this hotel is worth to recommend. Very clean, staffs are so friendly and the rooms smell nice. Everyday they changed all the towels, linens and other stuffs. Every time we come back from long tour, our room was so nice to get relaxed for the next day activities. Worth the money. And their breakfast buffet were excellent too.
I would really loved to book again in Ruby Star hotel when I come back to Danang Vietnam..

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay with our children for 10 days. The hotel staff were all very kind, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was also delicious. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this hotel for a family trip.
The hotel is a bit older, but it’s a five minute walk to the beach. What stands out about this place is the attentiveness do the staff…the toilet was not working properly when we arrived and within minutes of letting reception know, maintenance was sent to fix the issue. Everyone is very polite and friendly. Pool is small and a bit murky, but has direct sunlight and a shaded area. Our room is on a high floor and we don’t hear street noise, even though we are facing the main road.
We had a wonderful stay at Ruby Star! Everything was excellent—from the clean and comfortable rooms to the outstanding service.
A special thank you to Nelly, the Front Office Manager. She is incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely cares about every guest. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was always ready to help with a smile.
The entire staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate the hospitality and would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!
First off, we didn't actually end up staying at this hotel, but unlike horror stories I've read about overlooking nightmares, our story is completely opposite.
I had tried to book 2 rooms, after arriving in Vietnam from Thailand, while we were still at the airport. I managed to book only one. We went to the hotel hoping there would be another room available too. Unfortunately even the one room I had booked was not available, and I had missed the 2nd email from Agoda.
However Lani, the most awesome receptionist had already found us alternative accommodation across the street at another hotel. She arranged with Agoda to transfer payment to that hotel, and also for the additional room for our friends. They showed us 2 rooms before booking us in to make sure that they were to our satisfaction, got us checked in and brought all our luggage over across the street! Because breakfast was not included in the price at the new hotel, Lani told us to come over in the morning for breakfast at Ruby Star, which was also very impressive.
I didn't rate the room, as I never saw one, but if I could give Lani 10 stars for her excellent service I would!
