We have only been at this hotel for two hours, and it is already hands-down the absolute worst experience of our entire five-month journey (despite being one of the most expensive places we booked). We arrived at 11:00 AM, hoping we might be able to check in a little early. Instead, the receptionist was incredibly rude, bluntly dismissing us and pointing to the official 2:00 PM check-in time. When we asked if there was any chance the room might be ready sooner, she snapped back that she had no idea. Spoiler alert: 2:00 PM came and went, and the room was still not ready. The receptionist knew we were waiting for the room to be ready the entire time, yet she couldn’t even be bothered to ask housekeeping to prioritize our room. When we finally made it to our suite (the most expensive room category in the hotel) the housekeeper was still running around inside. To make matters worse, the cleanliness was unacceptable, with stray hairs left on both the floor and the toilet seat. We tried calling the reception multiple times with a quick question, but nobody bothered to pick up the phone. On top of that, the soundproofing is non-existent, meaning you can hear every single noise from the street. Also, we the special request we made during the booking process was completely ignored. If you are wondering how this place has such high ratings online, there is a simple explanation: guests are offered a free coffee in exchange for a positive review.🤡 Do not fall for it. Never again, Ritzy!

Good location right next to the beach. Rooms were not great, bathroom has microscopic counter space and floor becomes a swamp due to the shower. Water is warm and only available if you ask reception personally. Our toilet paper was not refilled even though it was out, so we had to ask reception again. Laundry was insanely priced and came back wrinkled though that must be the price for convenience. Overall, fine.
First with all the good points. The room is clean with pretty modern items. There are standard amenities including complimentary water bottles and mini-fridge. Wifi is pretty decent as well. There are also plug converters for foreign tourists to use/charge their devices. There's also Netflix to watch (but why would you want to stay at the hotel to watch things when there's so much to do in Da Nang?) Breakfast is buffet with a Korean-inspired menu. Okay, on to the negatives. Fan fixture doesn't work. Also, they only give one key card and not two. Staying with a roommate was difficult because if your roomie is out with a key, you'll be sitting in a room that has no power (thus no charging of devices, and you're sweating to death due to lack of AC) because a room key is required to power the room up. Also, they're oddly stingy with towels and toilet paper. I mean, all in all, it's very inexpensive to stay here. I guess you get what you pay for.
Excellent stay with exceptional service – Highly recommended! I had a fantastic experience at Ritzy Boutique Hotel Da Nang. The hotel is well-located, and the facilities, including the well-maintained rooftop pool, are impressive and kept in excellent condition. A special shout-out to Hurng at the reception. She is not only incredibly fluent in Korean, which was a huge help, but she also went above and beyond to assist me when my phone got water-damaged, proactively helping me call a taxi and taking care of my situation. Her kindness and professionalism made my stay much more comfortable. The breakfast was also a highlight—it is arguably the best option for Korean guests staying in a hotel of this class. Overall, considering the location, quality, and service, this hotel offers incredible value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang!
This was the last hotel during our 45-days journey in Vietnam. Affordable prices, perfect location in central Danang and close to one of the beaches. Very good and diverse breakfast with a special focus on Korean cuisine and many fruits including mango. Friendly and supportive personnel, especially the young guy who helps with luggage - always smiling and speaks good English, which is very rare for Vietnamese! The rooms on high floors have great city view. The furniture is old, but well maintained. The AC work is perfectly! The only noticeable disadvantage is flooding in the bathroom - even with a closed door water comes out of the shower space.
