Richico Apartments And Hotel

Hii, I've ve been to Danang before too that time I stayed in different hotel which was quite commendable as per there services than this one. Apart from location everything was so disturbing there like the day I went there they gave the different room without any Kitchen where I booked the room which had a kitchen too than in morning they changed it... The assisting staff was good and polite with there tone in managing our issues. There was a constant musty smell from the chimney area which surrounds the smell all over the room if we don't turn on the AC. The housekeeping staff was not upto the mark with there cleaning and they didn't even provide Handwash and Tissue box even we were constantly asking for it. For everyone of us the breakfast is a fresh start in morning to be more enthusiastic to roam around the famous spots but here the Breakfast wasn't good enough for vegetarians like there was just bread or croissant and Cornflakes and coffee where the cups were not cleaned properly there used to be a coffee stains couple of times before reaching Danang I was in Hanoi Hotel(La Passion) where the breakfast plus services too was commendable, they also used to wash our dishes by chance if we've left them in sink in hurry and the charges were a bit less than Richico. Apart from the other special services like Sauna and Swimming pool the basic necessities were totally ignored.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The rooms were not properly maintained. There was a constant damp/musty smell, and housekeeping did not clean the room thoroughly. Basic amenities like hand wash and napkins were not provided. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Almost everything was non-vegetarian, with very limited options for vegetarians. The only vegetarian choices were coffee, bread, and two fruits (watermelon and tangerine). Even the fruits were just cut and left with the peel on, making them inconvenient to eat. The fried rice contained shrimp, but it wasn't obvious at first. When we asked, the staff told us it was vegetarian, which was misleading. The noodles also contained pork, leaving very few safe options for vegetarians. The breakfast service was poorly managed. There were often no cups available. By the time cups arrived, the coffee was finished. When the coffee was refilled, the milk would be empty. Sometimes even the plates ran out, and guests had to wait a long time for everything to be replenished. The only positive thing about this hotel is its excellent location. I would also like to mention that the lady at the front desk was polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, apart from the location and the front desk staff, this hotel was very average and did not meet our expectations. I would not recommend it, especially for vegetarian travelers.

If you are planning a trip to Da Nang, I can't recommend this hotel enough. I stayed for 4 nights, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome throughout your stay. What impressed me most was how they handled a minor hiccup. There was a tiny mistake in my reservation, but the team handled it with total professionalism. They did their best to solve it immediately and even upgraded my room to ensure I was comfortable. It’s rare to find a place that turns a small issue into such a positive experience. I highly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return on my next visit to the city!

We booked the three bedroom apartment for our family. We absolutely loved our room as it had enough space to accommodate us all. The room even had a small kitchen and a refrigerator, which is something we always prefer to have during our trips. It also had a balcony which is really for when we simply want to look around the street, and watch the beach. They also made sure to clean our room every day, which we don't really mind since we are mostly out during the day. So we always come back to a clean room and stocked up bathrooms. There's lots of cafes and restaurants nearby so we had plenty of choices when it comes to meals. There's also a mart a few steps away from the hotel so in case we need any snacks or drinks, its easy for us to get it. The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Joyce. She made sure that we were accomodate and we had everything we needed during our stay. Our family had no issues nor negative experiences regarding this hotel and we will gladly stay here again if we ever come back to Da Nang.
