This hotel was the star of our trip. Though much pricier than some of the more local options, this one took the spotlight for us.
The hotel building is modern and clean. The reception area felt maybe a little overcrowded and not staffed enough, but this was the only 'issue' we found during our whole stay.
Our room was fantastic, great view across the sea and beach. The interior was modern and clean, no issues whatsoever.
The pool area was spectacular. Great pool, great view, fantastic vibes with some gentle background music. The pool bar guys we're super friendly, the pizza was nice.
The spa was solid too, very calming atmosphere and professional staff.
5-stars! Don’t know where to begin but the most memorable thing was the staff. They went above and beyond. Tuấn Anh from front desk made me feel like at home. He suggested great places to dine and I tried one and loved it.
Pool is great, gym is small but good and has amazing views overlooking the strip.
Room service is top tier. I dined in their restaurant once, it turned out to be great as well. Hanh was amazing!
It's a fairly expensive hotel with small rooms. The location is the biggest problem. The staff are excellent.
There were a couple of problems, both related to the location:
1) The noise - the beach clubs directly opposite the hotel pump out loud music until about 11pm each night. Up on the 12th floor it sounded like a nightclub.
2) The smell - there is a terrible problem with the sewage in the area. Unfortunately the smell even infiltrates the hotel rooms. It really is unbearable.
We had a booking for four nights. We initially asked to change rooms, but after the first night we asked for the remainder of our booking to be cancelled and the money refunded. The very patient manager, Ms. Tram, helped us to do this. Full credit to Ms. Tram for resolving the situation. She is the best thing about the hotel.
Fantastic hotel. The pool view is stunning. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.

Gym is good sized and air-conditioned. The rooms are, clean and cool and nice and large. The beds are comfortable.
Breakfast had a great selection of different cuisines. Pool bar has lots of snack options and a great cocktail menu. The club sandwich is fantastic and huge!
Only negative was the smoking area near the pool, became quite smelly on a few occassions.
Overall one of the best hotel with the greatest pool view.

The hotel’s location is excellent — the beach is just across the street, making it very convenient for morning walks and sunset views. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food choices every day, which we really enjoyed.
What stood out the most was the very efficient and attentive service. Whenever we needed anything, the staff responded quickly and were always helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to Luna, who handled all of my requests with very prompt replies and excellent service throughout our stay.
Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel for couples looking for a comfortable beach getaway.
