Beautiful beachfront hotel. Our beachfront room had magnificent views, a large balcony, bath with a view and an extremely comfortable king sized bed. It’s well located on the quieter end of My Khe beach with restaurants and many services nearby. The manager of guest services and his assistant would go above and beyond to assist us making our holiday an exceptional experience. The restaurant buffet breakfast was one of the best I have had with numerous Asian and Western food choices. The staff also remembered how I liked my tea every morning and service delicious, healthy options for lunch and dinner. The rooftop tapas bar has incredible views and the staff whose expertise and professionalism was outstanding. We enjoyed our 5 night stay so much that we extended it to 9 nights. Prince hotel is modern, spotlessly clean and welcoming. The infinity pool is large with great views and the spa, steam room, gymnasium and pool bar enhanced our experience. We look forward to returning next time we are in Vietnam.

Im Vietnamese American so I'm familiar with Western hotel standards and also with many Vietnamese lodgings. This is a first rate hotel. The service is absolutely top notch. One receptionist took almost 30 min to help me coordinate a lunch and dinner reservation for me and found me great places. All the service from the reception to cleaning to valet is done with a smile. The rooms are very well appointed with a perfect view of the ocean that you can enjoy your morning coffee everyday., Since i work out, i greatly appreciate the nice gym with great weights and machines. To top it off besides a great infinity pool, they have a sauna and a steam room, come on! The location really cannot be beat as there is the beach right across the steet. Many restaurants, coffee shops and mini marts all within walking distance. I would happily stay here again any time!

We had an exceptional experience from the moment we arrived. After 20-hour flight from the US, our Airbnb was abruptly cancelled. So, we made a very last-minute reservation at this property. Despite the hotel fully booked, the front desk honored our reservation without hesitation. Mr. Vu and Mr. Hung went above and beyond, showing genuine empathy and quickly arranging a room that brought much-needed relief after an incredibly chaotic day. Their professionalism, compassion, and dedication to helping us were truly 1st-class. We also had a jammed luggage lock, and Mr. Vy the hotel’s Engineer and Mr. Hao, the Bell Desk manager came to our rescue. Within minutes they got our lock opened using a screwdriver and a flashlight. Their professionalism and technical know-how were incredibly impressive. The hotel is super quiet despite facing a lively beach road, impeccably clean, and in a superb location (1-min walk to the beach across the street and 7-min anywhere by two-dollar Grab ride). The hotel is a part of a Japanese chain and blends Japanese aesthetics with Scandinavian design. The breakfast has a large selection of Vietnamese and European continental dishes and changing daily. For example, one day we had Chicken katsu and another day Short-ribs. Thank you to Mr. Vu, Mr. Hung, Mr. Vy, and Mr. Hao for making our stay in Vietnam so very memorable. Highly recommended hotel for any US traveler looking for a 5 star experience in Da Nang.

We chose a city view suite for our short stay in da nang and we’re not disappointed! The room was perfect and the staff were even more perfect! We were greeted with a delicious welcome drink and the bellboy took our luggage to deliver to our room. The hotel manager was very sweet every step of the way even allowing us to leave our luggage with them for the rest of the day after check out. Service here was genuinely 5 stars and I would stay here again just because of the service. The breakfast buffet was not bad but it was a little more basic than what we expected so we asked to cancel our second day breakfast buffet and they were nice enough to do that for us. All in all, it was a great hotel with great people. We wish we had more time to enjoy their firework special and spa!
