Terrible experience: - Swimming pool: extremely dirty, moss, mosquito larva, I feel like they haven’t clean up for months - Buffet breakfast: Milk is smell and spoiled and no one knows. I can’t image how they serve food and beverage for guess without any control - Elevator is too old, how long they haven’t made maintenance? Noise is loud, going up and down I feel the elevator is shaking - Soundproof is terrible, I could hear clearly the voice outside of the room, I could not sleep from afternoon to mid night to morning - They claimed themselves as resort but the amenties is always shortaged: towel, bathrobe,… are they seriously clean up and set up new room? If anyone can read this review, please get away from this, choose another standard hotel is also a better choice for sure. I can’t image how their morality of business is to run this terrible service

Olalani has been a mix of everything. It seems that they will be shutting down as their upkeep on maintaining the resort is falling behind. Positives: Service is great. Walk to the beach takes a minutes and private access as well. The buffet provides a nice variety of food and almost gets you to dinner. Fruits, soups, any eggs, cereal, juices, noodles, bread and salads enough to get thru the morning. The rooms are nice but our first room had the smell of mould in it, so we requested another and they immediately changed us to another room. The replacement offer was quite acceptable. Also, it has peace and quiet, not in the heart of Da Nang. So I liked getting away from the hectic night club life of My Khe Beach. Negatives: Olalani is huge and has many rooms. A few wings are deserted, and not being used. The place feels run down and it doesn’t look as sharp as it does in the advertised photos. The pools are ok, but you can see where the tiles have fallen off and not repaired. There are 2 pool bars, and one is not near the pool which we didn’t used, but the one near the pool is pretty much deserted. We did cherish the positives, and we were able to catch a taxi for $4 - $5 Australian to My Khe Beach.

Don't stay here. I am at the resort and my intention was to relax here after riding a motorcycle across Vietnam mountains for the past 2 weeks I was in my room for 30 minutes and the cleaning lady came into my room without knocking while I was getting changed. Most of the drinks on the menu were not available. Some pools and ponds were empty. Weeds everywhere. There was loud music and someone talking over a microphone all night. We are supposed to relax at a resort. Not sit in a night club Just adding that ko smart tv in this day and age is weak.

Absolutely brilliant 5-night stay at Olalani Resort! We booked a 2-bedroom apartment and it was just perfect for our trip. The resort itself is stunning—I absolutely loved spending time by the amazing pool and relaxing down at the gorgeous private beach. The breakfast buffet was spot on every morning with heaps of great options to start the day. What really made this trip special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly welcoming, warm, and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic time. As an Aussie looking for a proper relaxing getaway, this place ticked every single box. I cannot recommend it enough!
