New Orient Hotel Danang

They gave me a glimpse of what my future could look like ❤️ I found New Orient Hotel Danang completely by chance and at the absolute last minute. I arrived around 9 or 10 PM, needing somewhere to stay that same night, and somehow ended up having one of the most memorable hotel experiences of my entire trip. From the beginning, the staff took care of me. They helped me find a room I loved—and as far as I'm concerned, they gave me one of the best rooms in the hotel. 😂 They even found a better rate for me than what I was initially quoted when I walked in. But New Orient became much more than somewhere for me to sleep. For a few days, they gave me a glimpse into what I want my future to look like. I could order room service. I could go downstairs and enjoy the spa. I could swim, spend time at the rooftop bar, sit down and work when I needed to, and then go back to this beautiful room at the end of the day. I could simply enjoy where I was staying instead of treating the hotel as somewhere to drop my bags before running back outside. And more importantly, they showed me how I should expect to be treated as a guest. The staff didn't just perform good customer service. They were warm and personable. They stopped and had real conversations with me. They remembered me. When little things came up, they helped. Even when there was a misunderstanding during my stay, they handled it with honesty. The spa was another highlight. I felt completely spoiled there and definitely had my little VIP moment. 😂 My treatment ended with a milk bath, followed by a shower and refreshments, and instead of making me feel like I needed to immediately get dressed and leave once the service was technically over, they told me I was welcome to stay and relax for as long as I wanted. That small detail really stood out to me. There was never a feeling of being rushed through the experience so they could move on to the next person. Then, on my final night, they somehow topped everything. I had to leave for an extremely early flight, around 2–3 AM, long before breakfast. The hotel prepared a breakfast to go so I wouldn't leave hungry. That almost made me cry. ❤️ It was such a small gesture, but it represented everything I had experienced there: someone had thought about me before I even had to ask. By checkout, I wasn't leaving a building where I happened to rent a room. I felt like I was leaving my hotel family. New Orient gave me comfort, great amenities, and a beautiful place to stay, but what I'll remember most is the feeling. For a few days, I got to experience a little glimpse of the life I'm working toward—and a standard of hospitality I will absolutely carry with me when I travel from now on. When I return to Da Nang, I already know where I'm staying. ❤️🇻🇳

This hotel is delightful. We love the modern, clean and stylish rooms. The breakfast buffet that was included with the price of our booking was SHOCKINGLY good. This buffet is so spectacular that I feel confident saying that it is the best breakfast buffet I have ever experienced in my life. The variety and gourmet quality food was just astounding. I love the location of this hotel and while I will admit it is in an "up and coming" neighborhood and far from the beach I would also point out that anywhere in Da Nang is a $2 Grab ride to the beach. We stayed for more than 10 nights and we found the staff to be consistently friendly, polite and welcoming in every interaction. I would also like to mention that the air conditioning in the room is extremely good, the hotel has central air that is controlled from a digital the thermostat.

The hotel was perfect. Cleaned and smells nice. Aircon was perfect. Love the interior, the lighting and bathroom were well maintained. Robes were nice and comfy and room service ensured our room was clean everytime. Breakfast buffet was perfect as well. Lots of options and everything was tasty and fresh. Alex and Lucie at reservation were super helpful. They were always helping us throughout the entire stay and made our time in Da Nang perfect. They explained each services and were very accomodating to all of our request.

My second stay in Da Nang was at the New Oriental Hotel, and it was an excellent experience. The room was clean, neat, and comfortable, with complimentary drinks, toiletries, and a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool. One of the best parts of my stay was enjoying the spectacular fireworks from the hotel. I was lucky enough to watch the Da Nang International Fireworks Competition, which made the experience even more memorable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The Vietnamese coffee was especially amazing and one of the highlights of my stay. Overall, this was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip, especially compared to the first hotel I stayed at in An Hội. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang. And the hotel middle of town you just can use grab to travel
