Mtr Apartment & Hotel Da Nang

A very comfortable and stylish hotel. The rooms are clean, and the bathroom has great fixtures. The staff is very friendly. The coffee is delicious. The area is quiet and pleasant. There is a rooftop pool, and from the roof you can watch planes landing. There is a beautiful view of the mountains. Inside the hotel, there is a workspace. Highly recommended 🙂

We stayed at LAM Apartments in Da Nang for 3 nights and it was a very good experience overall. The apartment was fully equipped and very convenient for a longer stay. Having a washing machine was especially helpful — we were able to wash and dry our clothes easily during the trip. The unit had two comfortable double bedrooms, which suited our group well. The only small downside was that there was just one washroom for the 4 of us, which was a bit of a hassle at times. However, the TV, WiFi, and air conditioning all worked perfectly and made the stay very comfortable. There is also a nice rooftop area with a pool, which unfortunately we couldn’t use due to our packed itinerary, but it looked very relaxing. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special mention to Long, who assisted us with our luggage and was very kind and welcoming. Overall, a very comfortable and well-managed place to stay in Da Nang, and definitely recommended for families or groups.

This hotel is away from the very touristy areas and the location is quieter and more laid back. The staff are absolutely incredible, and the cleaning team were so lovely. I love the rooftop area, the gym is decent as well. For those interested it has a home gym machine, free weights, bench press set up and a treadmill. The cafe downstairs is great and a fantastic place to work. The rooms were really nice as well, well equipped kitchen and very nice bathrooms.

I had a truly wonderful stay at LAM Apartment & Hotel in Da Nang. From the first day I felt something that is actually quite rare when you travel a lot — a real sense of comfort, almost like being at home. The apartment was cozy, clean, and very comfortable, but what made the biggest difference was the people working here. The staff and the whole team are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They are always ready to help, always smiling, and they create such a warm and friendly atmosphere that you quickly feel relaxed and welcome. It’s the kind of place where you feel that the people truly care about their guests, and that makes all the difference. I will definitely recommend LAM Apartment & Hotel to my friends, and if I return to Da Nang, I would be very happy to stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable.
