We stayed for one week at Monarque Hotel, and absolutely loved it. The location is great, very walkable to the beach as well as many stores and restaurants. The breakfast is fantastic with lots of choices, a variety of cuisines, and great coffee! I had a very nice bamboo massage at the spa which I highly recommend. The best part of our stay though was the staff, super friendly and accommodating. We were lucky to be there for the mid-autumn festival where there was a lion dance right in front of the hotel, really cool. If we come back to DaNang we will definitely stay at the Monarque Hotel.
The hotel was amazing! We stayed here 3 nights on our honeymoon, and we loved it. Unfortunately, I was feeling a bit under the weather a couple days, but the hotel was a nice place to be! It’s a 1 minute walk to the beach, the breakfast buffet had plain foods for me and flavorful foods for my husband, the tea time had incredible snacks and fruit, the pool is small but beautiful, and the service was superb. We kept requesting bottles of water, and they brought us little cookies every night. They were able to communicate with us very well, even though we don’t speak any Vietnamese. They gave us recommendations that we enjoyed.
Only downside: I wanted to get my nails done or a massage during the happy hour, but they said their only availability was after 6pm when the half off happy hour ends 🥲 so I think you just have to make an appointment 2 days in advance
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was warm, thoughtful, and attentive throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of choices, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
We would especially like to give special recognition to Miranda, one of the staff members at the breakfast restaurant. Even when the restaurant was very busy, Miranda continued to serve every guest with a warm smile and a positive attitude. Her excellent service truly made our breakfast experience more enjoyable.
We would also like to thank Anita for her friendly, helpful, and attentive service.
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and truly appreciated the hospitality of the hotel staff. We will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again when we return to Da Nang. Highly recommended!
This was a perfect hotel! Excellent staff, especially Sophia,. Staff greeted us with cold drinks every time we waited in the lobby. Everyone wanted to ensure we we pleased with their service, and we were. Very comfortable room, bed and pillows. Breakfast was a wonderful selection, kept fresh by staff. They also helped make our iced coffee. We couldn’t ask for more from a hotel. Highly recommend!
Any positive superlative applies to the Monarque hotel. From the moment the taxi stopped to drop us off, until we were seated in the taxi for departure, there was a constant attentiveness from all staff involved. We do not leave reviews, but this we could not leave un-mentioned; we've stayed in many hotels, and expect quirks by default, and that's OK, but this place is something else. The other reviews here tell me it wasn't a 'lucky draw', or a one off, but a standard approach of great professionalism by all staff. Too bad we only had 2 nights. We stayed at hotels double the price, that couldn't compete! Only for the breakfast itself it is already worth staying for weeks! Impressive! 💪
