Mitisa Hotel Danang - Near Dragon Bridge

Definitely not a 4-star experience; this property offers only the bare basics. There is no bar or dining service outside of breakfast, which had very few international options and was never refilled once items ran out. The room was smaller than advertised, and the bathroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke every evening of our 4-night stay. To top it off, no pool towels were available at the pool. Would not return. Only the location okay. Easy to access dragon Bridge and the other markets.

Terrible experience with this hotel. I confirmed with their representative on booking.com that my family would need a 16 shuttle service to the Da Nang international airport at check out. They confirmed with me through that chat a week before my stay. The day before I needed the service I confirmed again through the booking.com chat what time I would need it by and they confirmed once again. Later that night I also confirmed with one of the people at the reception and he also agreed. However, the morning of, the hotel didn’t have a shuttle booked for us and completely forgot the message thread. We waited 20 minutes for a shuttle to come becoming later than expected to the airport. They didn’t agree to any means to compensate us, only just to book us a later shuttle. They were rude and weren’t willing to cooperate. This doesn’t include the other issues with this place. They said they would be able to give each room 2 key cards at 4pm. At 4pm we asked and they said they couldnt and to check in with them later at night. We come at 5 pm and still no keys. At around 8 pm then they gave some of us keys. Additionally, when cleaning the rooms, they turned off the ac and it became really muggy when it was intentionally left on. Overall, I’m highly disappointed in this hotel and do not recommend it. Customer service and their reception are unhelpful.

Great location but definitely just a 1-2 star hotel. The receptionists are always frowning and quite judgemental/rude I must say (most especially the one who helps you with your luggage— and i think it’s because they can’t understand english well). Rooms are ok, nothing fancy, but good bathroom. Breakfast options are quite limited. If I were to come back to Vietnam, will not come back to this hotel just because of the staff.

This is the fourth hotel we stayed at in Da Nang in almost a month. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room has a direct view of the Dragon Bridge and a glimpse of the dragon head spewing fire in the distance. There's a free mini-bar. The staff are all very friendly, but the management is a bit chaotic. We stayed for a week. We didn't request daily cleaning, but the bedding was changed every three days. The staff only changed the sheets, not the pillowcases or duvet covers, and only changed them after we asked. The floor mats were also only changed after we asked. They selectively followed the standardized procedures! The breakfast was plentiful, but it got a bit chaotic when it was crowded. For example, a large group of people would put all their luggage at the table by the window, but they wouldn't sit there. Then, when they left, they would just dump all their bags on the tableware. For the next few days, we paid special attention to whether the tableware was clean before eating. 😂
