Before hiring staff, this hotel should seriously work on improving its customer service and guest orientation. I had an issue where my room key kept malfunctioning, and the door wouldn’t open. There were a lot of people on the first floor, so I called from the bar and asked the staff to bring me a new key to my room and take back the old one that was still working. Instead, a girl named June or Jules spent 10 minutes trying to explain to me that I needed to come downstairs. I kept asking her: Why should I waste my time? Your key system keeps malfunctioning. Just send someone upstairs with a new key and have them collect the old one. She categorically refused to do that and simply couldn’t understand what needed to be done. She failed to realize that all these unnecessary back-and-forth conversations were just wasting the guest’s time. So, just keep this in mind: the staff here genuinely doesn’t seem to care about you as a guest. For the amount of money you pay, you’ll basically be running around and handling everything yourself. cleaning service is a disaster, fighting for water bottles if u ask some more. 4 STARS? DAMN ARE U KIDDIN ME?

It has been an absolute pleasure to spend 3 nights and 4days at this fantastic hotel. The location is great with easy access to all key areas and attractions in Danang. The breakfast included is decent with a wide variety of options daily. The staff are the biggest asset. I truly appreciated their attentiveness and prompt support when I needed anything. Special thanks to Vy,Anh Ane and also Tam. The great experience and the place is highly recommended.
A great hotel a bit far away from the An Thung area but just a short grab ride also a bit of a walk to the My Khe beach also a short grab ride. Staff are helpful and speak good English. Breakfast is a little underwhelming basic but plentiful one fresh Egg station with eggs cooked to order. Would happily book this hotel again.
This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had during our travels. On the first day, we arrived early in the morning and asked for an early check-in. Even though there were clearly empty rooms available, the staff refused to help in any way. When we wanted to cancel and leave, they also refused to refund our money and kept hiding behind “hotel policy.” We were exhausted and sleep deprived, yet they made us wait in the lobby for 4 hours. When we finally entered the room, we realized they had given us a twin room instead of the double bed room we specifically requested. This mistake was only corrected on the second day after we complained. The towels were stained, and there were small bugs constantly crawling around the room. Housekeeping was also extremely poor — they only made the bed and changed towels. Many visible pieces of trash stayed in the room for two days without being removed. The breakfast selection was very limited and overall tasteless. During check-out, even though our taxi had already arrived, they forced us to wait while they “checked the room,” making us feel like criminals instead of guests. This hotel clearly does not care about customer satisfaction. I would absolutely not recommend staying here. Choosing this hotel was a huge mistake when there are so many better options in Da Nang.
We had a wonderful 4-day stay at Luxtery Hotel! The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring Da Nang. The location was excellent — centrally located with both the river and beach within walking distance. It’s also close to Vincom Plaza Da Nang, with plenty of nearby stores, cafés, and restaurants to explore. The free breakfast buffet offered a great variety of selections every morning, which we looked forward to before starting our day. I also loved the tea served at the reception — such a simple but welcoming touch! One of the highlights was the swimming pool on the 19th floor with amazing views of the city, especially at night when Da Nang lights up beautifully. We also had fun playing billiards during our stay, which added to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, Luxtery Hotel gave us a great mix of comfort, convenience, and great amenities. Definitely a place we would stay at again when visiting Da Nang!
