Room was nice and very clean. Loved that we had access to a washer and a drying rack, however, I felt it odd that the hotel did not supply a couple of laundry soap packs as has been our experience at other hotels where the rooms are equipped with washing machines. We also asked for a tea towel to wash the dishes and utensils and were told to go buy it (as well as the washing machine soap). Front desk staff's welcome varies depending on who is behind it. (To be fair, some of our experience may have been a language barrier). Great, great gym on the top floor, free to hotel guests. Included breakfast was fantastic. It would be nice to have access to beach towels and we're not provided.

Have stayed here long-term and it's great. The staff are fantastic, so lovely and helpful. Location is excellent, a short walk to the beach, but a quieter area. Plenty of cafes and places to eat nearby. Having a pool, cafe and an excellent gym onsite is so convenient! Highly recommend staying at Le Cap when you're in Da Nang.
We decided to stay at this hotel because it has one of the best gyms in town. While the gym is not particularly large, the equipment is well-maintained and more than adequate for a good workout. By the time we arrived, we had already spent nearly 10 weeks traveling throughout Vietnam and had stayed at several different hotels. At every hotel we visited, the staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. For that reason, we were quite surprised by the noticeably different demeanor of the staff here, which felt less welcoming than what we had experienced elsewhere. We also encountered an issue with water overflowing from the shower and spilling onto the bathroom floor. In addition, the lobby lacked the warm and inviting atmosphere that we had come to expect from other hotels during our travels in Vietnam. Overall, while the gym was a strong point and one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, the service and overall guest experience fell short of our expectations.
I spent here 2 full months (lucky me) and I m entitled tò know well this Place. The hotel Is super confortable with spacious room (mine had a fully furnished kitchen) balcony, flat TV, 2 tables, king size bed and well working air conditioner....and I forgot electronic Door lock. The staff was super friendly and the host was super trust because at the Moment of the booking i asked for a bigger refrigerator and a microwave and I got them without any charge. He also was keen tò help tò rent a scooter and gave me several important info as where tò change Money at the best rate, where tò do the shopping..... The hotel Is a bit more expensive than average but you must consider the Gym (air conditined and fully equipped) and the room cleaning twice a week several restroom amenities and NO bills (water, electricity, parking,....) and this make you leaving a very Easy Life. There Is also a nice pool. Any meter of the hotel Is clean. A team of super friendly cleaners are ongoing every day restless cleaning the Place. The hotel location Is perfect. 4-500 Meters from the Major beach and from the night Life but located in a quite Place allowing you quite night and sweet Dreams. My room was exeptionally well isolated from temperature, light and sound. At the end of my stay I must admit that I spent well my Money and if One day i Will be back this hotel Will be again the Place of my lodging. due tò the war trouble my flight was cancelled and I was "forced" tò stay here One month more. i had a pool view room. still AN Amazing experience! Super recommended
I had a hard time staying the full week we had planned at Le Cap. I’d preface this by saying if you’re a gym person, it’s probably great - I didn’t use the gym though. First, water intrusion was a real problem. There’s a full length window in the bathroom that leaked water through to the bedroom and left standing water there. There appeared to be mold at the gasketing and on the ceiling. I’m not particularly sensitive to mold but found myself waking up with an irritated throat and headache every morning, which went away when we moved to our next hotel. Granted, they sent someone to try and fix the silicon caulking, so the responsiveness was appreciated on that front, but it still leaked through afterwards. Exposed electrical outlet next to the bed that didn’t work. The toilet seat cover was stained reddish/brown when we arrived and when I expressed concern about it they asked me to try wiping it off with a wet piece of toilet paper. I’m not sure why they didn’t offer to try to clean or replace it instead of asking me to verify it was a stain. Fortunately, I feel all of these issues are addressable and I hope that Le Cap invests soon in making the improvements necessary. I also appreciated the responsiveness of management via WhatsApp and written indication that they would try to fix soon. Hopefully they have been addressed by now.
