Absolutely exceptional from beginning to end a truly memorable stay that beautifully captures the essence of refined luxury. As a Club Member, the experience felt even more special. Despite a few very minor points that could perhaps be refined, they were insignificant compared with the overall experience. What truly stood out was the resort’s remarkable respect for and commitment to preserving its natural surroundings. The wonderfully fragrant sea air, the pristine landscape, and the thoughtful integration of nature into every aspect of the experience created a sense of tranquility that felt both rare and authentic. One of the most magical moments was encountering the red-shanked douc langurs, the iconic and incredibly beautiful inhabitants of Son Tra Peninsula. Being able to see these extraordinary creatures in their natural habitat was an unforgettable privilege and perhaps one of the most meaningful memories of our stay. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the people. The staff were consistently attentive, polished, warm, and genuinely welcoming throughout our entire stay. Their hospitality felt remarkably personal, with an intuitive attention to detail that made us feel genuinely cared for rather than simply well served. We even happened to leave one of our belongings behind. What followed was a wonderful example of genuine hospitality, the team went above and beyond to assist us and arranged to have the item personally delivered back to us. That was more than service it was thoughtfulness, sincerity, and genuine dedication. A truly refined sanctuary for anyone seeking tranquility, understated elegance, exceptional hospitality, and an authentic connection with nature. We left with beautiful memories and a deep appreciation for the experience, and would gladly and very happily return.

We had an amazing stay at the InterContinental Da Nang. Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Jun, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His friendly attitude and excellent service really made our stay even more enjoyable. The resort is in a stunning location with breathtaking views, and everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. Every member of the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. The food was absolutely fantastic. There was a great variety, and every meal we had was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. This is easily one of the best resorts we’ve stayed at. We left with wonderful memories and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We had such a great stay at the InterContinental Da Nang. The biggest thing that stood out to us was how genuinely kind and friendly everyone was. Every staff member we interacted with was welcoming, always smiling, and happy to help with anything we needed. One of my favorite moments was when we were relaxing by the pool and an awesome staff member, Bao Nguyen (Tae) brought us complimentary mocktails. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that made us feel really taken care of. The resort is absolutely beautiful, the rooms were spotless, and the views are incredible. It never felt crowded, and it was the perfect place to relax for a few days. The service was honestly what made the trip so memorable everyone went above and beyond without making it feel forced. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang. Thank you to the whole team for making our vacation so special!

We had a truly unforgettable stay at InterContinental Danang. The breathtaking views, beautiful architecture, and exceptional hospitality made this one of the most memorable travel experiences we have ever had. We would especially like to thank Helen from Terra Mare for her warm, attentive, and professional service. She made our family feel genuinely welcome. We are also deeply grateful to Haru, the Japanese-speaking staff member, and her manager, Mr. Dong Nguyen. During our stay, our young son became ill, and they kindly checked on him several times and showed genuine care and concern. Their support meant so much to our family during a stressful time. A special thank you as well to Nhi Cao from Citron, who kindly helped us take many wonderful family photos. Those photos will help us remember this special trip for many years to come. We would also like to thank the gentleman manager at Citron who took great care of us, although unfortunately we do not know his name. His kindness and hospitality did not go unnoticed. Thank you to Helen, Haru, Mr. Dong Nguyen, Nhi Cao, and all the wonderful staff for making our stay so special.
