Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa

We booked a couple of day passes (Vive Océane Day Pass eVoucher) in order to spend the day by the sea with some good food and cocktails. It was utterly brilliant!. The hotel, swimming pool, and beach beds were simply divine. The cocktails that came with the voucher were incredible and the food was fantastic. On top of all of this, is that it wasn't overcrowded, it's in a gorgeous location and the sea is perfect to swim in here. There are great showering facilities and changing facilities too. We were soo happy there we stayed and had the Sunday lunch/dinner carvery which was easily as good as anything in the UK and far far better value. Above all else are the staff...they could not have been more friendly, helpful, positive and super efficient...we have rarely ever been to a resort where everyone was so awesome! We would love to add everyone's name here who we met on the day, but one lady in particular was Vy, a trainee at the resort was simply brilliant. We will be back very soon, and will certainly keep coming back. I highly highly commend this resort and the e-vouchers to anyone looking for a spectacular time in a truly beautiful country with such lovely people. Thank you.

This is a truly beautiful resort that is exceptionally well maintained. The swimming pools are spacious, large, and offer a great variety, making them enjoyable for everyone. I highly recommend this resort for both families and couples. The staff at the Regency Club Lounge were incredibly kind and welcoming. They made our three-night stay even more enjoyable, and we felt genuinely well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious, and there are several excellent restaurants within the resort, so there’s really no need to go outside for meals. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back on my next visit to Da Nang.

had quite an extended stay at this property while traveling around Da Nang, and overall, it was a positive experience, although there are a few areas that could be improved. The main drawback was the lengthy waiting times during breakfast. Even outside peak hours, there were often delays in getting a table, and orders for eggs and coffee could take up to 20 minutes to arrive. For a five-star hotel, these waiting times fall short of expectations. That said, the breakfast buffet itself is exceptional, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. The specialty coffee selection was particularly impressive. The à la carte restaurants also deliver excellent food, with plenty of choices available for vegetarian guests. The fitness center, however, feels somewhat outdated. There are not enough treadmills, and the equipment technology is clearly showing its age. Updating the gym facilities would significantly enhance the guest experience. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. Housekeeping was satisfactory, although the service schedule seemed inconsistent, with cleaning staff appearing only once a day at unpredictable times. On a positive note, the hotel grounds, swimming pools, and beachfront areas are beautifully maintained. The staff throughout the resort are consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Overall, the hotel offers very good value for money, and I would happily stay here again when visiting central Vietnam. However, for future trips, I would likely choose a shorter stay.

We had the BEST stay at the resort. The staff were incredible at helping us out with our toddler. One staff member even helped us to put his shoes on and carry him to the buggy when we were going home 🥹. The rooms were amazing and the resort was so well kept. The facilities are incredible for a toddler. Including the football field, kids room, little farm, playground etc. The pools are amazing too with the beach style area at the end was a big hit. The vive oceane restaurant was really good and the staff were great. Thanks to Rosie and Sora at the end of our visit who helped sort out our transfer back to the airport. Sora really went above and beyond! We will definitely be returning to the hotel.
