location is good but the rooms are terrible there are dim lights and broken sockets in the room there were sand on the bed when i entered, the bath tub was shaky when i showered in it overall this is a bad hotel

Terrible experience at Helios Boutique Hotel, Da Nang - do not recommend. When we checked in, the kettle was broken, the room phone was just for decoration - no wire, no signal. The shower didn’t drain properly, and all the water spilled onto the bathroom floor. We also asked for an iron, but were told there’s none in the hotel. Despite all this, we stayed silent and tried to be patient. But this morning at 5 AM, our room was completely flooded. All our clothes and bags were soaked. It was a disaster. The staff was rude and unhelpful, didn’t try to fix anything - instead, they argued with us. I asked for the contact of the owner or manager so they’d know what kind of problems their guests are facing, but they refused to give it. Absolutely unprofessional and careless service. This hotel is a mistake. Never coming back.

Hotel was in the end pretty poor. Nowhere to dry your swimming suit (hotel staff bans you to hang it anywhere but does not offer any solution), bath was leaking, drawer kept opening. Many tiles on a roof top swimming pool were loose, glass dirty. They charge water in the fridge after staying. The only good thing on breakfast were eggs/omelette, nem ram or pho (if it contained meat). The rest of the (remanining 2-3) dishes were overcooked and tasteless. After 8 am staff barely tried to refill. No good value.

Spent 8 nights here. Staff is wonderful, very helpful. Always smiling. The room was the perfect size. I did use the pool which has a nice view. But the windy weather made it pretty cool. It is a great area for food and close to the beach. Will stay here again. Thank you for making my stay a fabulous one! Anna-Lynne

I spent a month at this hotel while working in Da Nang and had a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient with just a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. The area is a culinary delight with a variety of dining options nearby including Vietnamese, Western, Korean, Japanese, Italian, and Mexican cuisine. The staff are exceptionally friendly which really added to the comfort of my stay. Breakfast was included, featuring an array of fresh, local fruits, which was a nice touch to start the day. The rooms were kept clean and were very comfortable, providing a pleasant environment to relax after work. One of the standout features was the internet speed; I was consistently getting 115MB/s, which is exceptionally fast and made working from the hotel seamless. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a blend of convenience and leisure.
