Stayed here last August, and we enjoyed every day of our stay. We booked the Beachfront Diamond Suite room, and it was worth the price! Room was very spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, and had a great view of the My Khe beach. They even gave us a voucher to compensate for the noise coming from the construction site next to the hotel.
Breakfast buffet was also a plus! Food was great and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely love to stay here again on our next visit!
We booked a one night stay at this hotel and I'm amazed by the service. The hotel is situated right at the beach area and is very conducive to many locations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to a female staff, Lin, who was very helpful to recommend me places to eat and visit as I'm new to the area and share the locations on a map. Her patience is commendable to a visitor. I'm grateful to the nice service overall. Thank you!
A Wonderful Stay for Our Family!
We had a lovely stay as a family of four with our two twin boys. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome.
A special thank you to the wonderful waiters and the fantastic service staff, who were incredibly kind and attentive to our two boys during our stay back in April. They really took the time to make sure our children were comfortable and happy, which meant a lot to us as a family.
The great service, warm atmosphere, and extra attention to our boys made our stay a truly enjoyable experience. We would definitely love to come back and can highly recommend this hotel to other families! ❤️
Great stay at HAIAN Beach Hotel!
We stayed here as a family with our young toddler and had a really good experience. The hotel is in a great location right across from My Khe Beach, which made getting around and booking Grabs super easy.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, but what stood out the most was the service. On our last day, housekeeping noticed the small birthday decorations we put up in our room for our daughter's 4th birthday. When we came back later that night, the team had surprised us with a birthday cake platter and a nice handwritten note for her. It made her day and was such a thoughtful touch from the staff.
The rooftop pool area is also a great bonus with awesome views of the ocean. Highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Da Nang. We’d definitely stay here again!
The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is excellent just steps from the beach and a short ride to many of Da Nang’s attractions and restaurants. Our room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with a beautiful ocean view and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh local and international options, and the rooftop infinity pool and sky bar provided breathtaking views and the perfect place to unwind. The overall value for money was exceptional, and the attention to detail throughout the property made our stay truly memorable.
What stood out most, however, was the staff. Despite some construction taking place next door, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay remained comfortable and enjoyable. They proactively checked on us, communicated openly, and did everything possible to minimize any disruption. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine concern for our comfort turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. The team's commitment to guest satisfaction was outstanding, and thanks to their efforts, we were able to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Haian Beach Resort to anyone visiting Da Nang.
