Unwinding by the river view was such a great way to recharge. The food was definitely a big win-everything tasted so fresh and suited my taste perfectly. Zero drama or issues the entire time, just pure relaxation. Absolutely choosing this place again for my next Da Nang trip!

We recently stayed at the Grand Mercure Danang and had an absolutely wonderful experience overall. What we loved: Smooth Check-in & Warm Welcome: The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. The Lounge: A very pleasant lounge with a good selection of food and drinks. The Room: We had a beautiful, spotlessly clean room with stunning views of the Dragon Bridge. Excellent Gym: As someone who values a good workout, I was highly impressed by the gym. It features a great selection of machines and dumbbells up to 40 kg. The staff member working in the gym was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Very Nice Breakfast: We were incredibly pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. The selection was vast, and tasted great. We will definitely choose to stay here again the next time we visit Da Nang. Highly recommended!
This was our second stay here - and remarkably, it was just as exceptional as the first time I reviewed it. As long-time Accor top-tier Platinum members who have stayed across a wide range of Grand Mercure properties globally, we don’t say this lightly: this Grand Mercure Danang is a true standout. In terms of service, attention to detail, and overall guest experience, it competes comfortably with higher-tier Grand Mercure brands. It also represents incredible value for points. What truly sets this property apart is how consistently and proactively it recognizes and delivers on Accor benefits. On both stays, we were upgraded prior to arrival, with the upgrade clearly visible in the app well before check-in - a refreshing change from other properties where upgrades have required awkward conversations at the front desk and reluctant application of the benefit. The welcome amenities were generous and thoughtful, including beautiful fruit dish and delicious welcome cake that made the stay feel special. We were even introduced to the General Manager upon arrival, who checked on our satisfaction several times throughout the stay. But what elevated this stay to another level was the service. Staff remembered our names throughout the stay - we were never asked for our room number at front desk or even when requesting towels. That level of recognition and attentiveness made us feel less like guests and more like valued members of the Grand Mercure family. It’s this kind of consistent, genuine recognition of Accor status that reinforces loyalty - and this property exemplifies it perfectly. We will absolutely be back again.
Accor and Grand Mercure Da Nang hospitality at its best. The location is superb, especially for traveller, with easily access to Lotte Mart, walking street The breakfast spread is extensive, and the dining options are excellent. Ni. that young woman remembered exactly which drink I wanted each day and always served me as quickly as possible. The entire team is welcoming, attentive, and always serves guests with a smile. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and offer great views. The bathrooms are well-maintained and perfectly equipped. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding service, comfort, and convenience.
