Grand Citiview Da Nang Hotel

The reception staff were rude and unfriendly. Their attitude was unprofessional, and the overall service was very poor. It completely ruined our trip and made the entire experience disappointing. I would not recommend this place.

Great experience with the hotel, check out time 12 unlike some other places where it’s 10:30, polite staff specially they can speak English and very helpful. Special thanks to Kim and quynh! The view from the hotel is great you can see the plane landing from your room as the hotel is in city centre. Very reasonable.

I saw a review mentioning the hotel breakfast being full - that part is for sure true, we went quite early but it was completely full with barely any tables left (it's quite a small space overall). All meats that was replenished was immediately snatched away by a whole lot of aunties and other tourists, so they should really do something about that for a better experience However, I don't book hotels (particularly low-mid range like this) for the hotel - I was actually a bit surprised when they told us they had a breakfast at all haha I tried my luck with an early check in if they had available at around 12.30pm, and they were nice enough to let me check in early with no extra charge The room I booked (superior double king) on 6th floor had a nice huge corner window that spanned like half the room, and the room was bigger than I thought. Only issue was the air conditioning was super slow to cool the room down, partly because perhaps not maintained, and partly because the room is quite large lol. Seems to have a few hours here and there where it gets cold, then not so cold. Might just be my particular room, I'm not sure Room was really clean, and overall better than I expected for this price range. Wifi was a little slow at times Bathroom was large, clean, but only problem is shower didn't drain very well, so especially on high power water (which the rain shower had a really good, surprising water pressure for VN) , it very quickly backs up within a minute or two It's not particularly close to the very center of VN where you kinda want to be (near the dragon bridge), but by car it's not that far either, so it's not a big issue. We were running a bit late for checkout time, and they gave us a call at 11.55am just to make sure we were up I'd highly recommend this hotel (unless I just got lucky with my particular room)

It was a fun experience. Room service was really good. I enjoyed spending time with the staffs too. Everyone was kind and was always smiling. It was a warm welcome from the first day till the last goodbye
