I love Vietnam for the people so this is not a complaint about them as such but be warned that this hotel is not suitable for westerners. Not a lot of English and due to mainly having Vietnamese guests it’s extremely!!!!! Loud at night. This is being written at 1230am and people in at least 3 rooms next to mine have been yelling knocking and going in and out for hours with no consideration for other guests. I have asked them Once to be quiet. If you book here be very aware of the noise
Both To nu and anh thu are excellent and pleasant. Always willing to help. They have guided us properly whenever we asked for some places to be visited. They add value to your Hotel. Great people. The Hotel is very good but some lapses are there. There is no sufficient place to keep mid size suitcases. Sugar should be made available in the coffee tray, soap dispenser should be installed inside the bathroom and 1 more foot mat should be placed infront of commod.
Our stay here was very nice. Staff were very hospitable and nice. Rooms were super clean! Room is very spacious and have cold cold ac with fast wifi and very near everywhere. We love vietnam so muchie. We will definitely come backand stay here once we come back here in vietnam
Very good value for the money. The hotel is conveniently located near all the hotspots, easy to find and get a cab. The room itself has a few rough edges that overall its clean and comfy. Super helpful staff. The lobby has many comfy sofas to sit and wait for your transport which add the positive experiences.
The only downside which is not the hotel's fault is that its crowded, perhaps due to its popularity so its unavoidable to hear noises at random hours.
By far the best of three hotels I stayed at in DaNang and a great value. Room clean and comfortable with a balcony, fridge and tv. Staff super courteous with a welcome drink and they let me check in early. A good breakfast buffet with eggs and coffee as well. No musty smell in rooms which is common in DaNang. Convenience stores, banks, laundry and restaurants walkable nearby. Stay here.
