Excellent Hotel, But Very Disappointing/ Horrible Indian Breakfast. The hotel is excellent in many ways. The rooms are comfortable, the room service is very good, and the front desk/help desk staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. Overall, the service and hospitality have been impressive. However, the Indian cuisine in the breakfast buffet has been extremely disappointing. I have been staying here for a week, and unfortunately, the Indian options at breakfast have consistently been very poor in both taste and quality. For a 5-star hotel, I honestly expected much better. It is especially disappointing when staying for several days and not being able to enjoy a good Indian breakfast. I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality, taste, and variety of the Indian cuisine offered in the breakfast buffet. The hotel and staff deserve appreciation, but the Indian breakfast buffet definitely needs significant improvement.

I stayed in a twin room with a partial sea view. For some reason, the first room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, so after putting up with it for one night, I requested to change rooms. The hotel staff were very accommodating and moved me to another room without any hesitation. They even provided an air purifier, which I really appreciated. The room was also cleaned very well. The location is excellent, with very convenient access to the airport. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the elevators. Despite having four lifts, they were often very slow to arrive, and sometimes I couldn’t get on because they were so crowded. It was probably understandable given that it was a busy season. Oh, I forgot to mention that Anna and Han were very accommodating and kindly accommodated all our requests. Overall, the hotel provided a very comfortable stay, and I’m grateful for the wonderful hospitality.

Nice and new hotel. The service is excellent. There was a slight delay in our check in at 3pm and the housekeeping staff were still cleaning our room. The service manager immediately gave us free drinks vouchers for the pool bar as service recovery. The next day, Vivian even tracked us down at the breakfast restaurant to ask about our stay. She apologized for the slight inconvenience again. Also assisted with our request for late check out as our flight home was at 6.30pm. Very impressed with the service of the hotel. The room is spacious and very clean. All the amenities were good and working. There is a water dispenser in each room. The location is at the far end of My Khe beach, which was a little out of the way. The path to the beach is not as developed as the hotels nearer the centre of the beach, not near any beach clubs. Would be great if the hotel build a beach club too! Nevertheless, the beach still easy to access, just cross the road and walk along the man-made (literally) path. There is a mini mart and foot massage place just beside the hotel. The hotel spa is also very nice. The view from the gym is great! One slight inconvenience is the speed of the lifts. There are 4 lifts but seems like only 2 is working at any one time. Every time you go up and down, be prepared to wait about 5mins for the lifts. Still, overall is it a great place. Will stay here again if I visit Da Nang another time.

The hotel is located at the far end of My Khe Beach, in a quiet area away from the nightlife, which was very convenient for us. The room was spotless, and the highlight for me was the air conditioning. It was perfectly cold, which felt amazing after a long day at the beach. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, and we never felt that anything was missing. The only downside was the lifts. The hotel has four lifts, three for guests and one for service, but they were extremely slow. At times, we had to wait 10–15 minutes. The hotel was clearly busy, but it is big enough that you do not really feel it.
