I had a wonderful stay at Fivitel Da Nang Hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. It’s conveniently close to supermarkets, Indian restaurants, and other essential amenities, which made our stay very comfortable.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the necessary facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was great.
Whether you’re visiting Da Nang for business or leisure, this hotel is a great choice. With its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and easy access to restaurants and shopping, I would definitely recommend staying here.
Amazing rooms and facilities , it was very pretty with amazing view and clean environment, bathrooms also big and wardrobes available.Balcony is also with great view.
The view from the swimming infinity pool and garden rooftop is insane and wow. 25 floors here but lift only till 24 then steep staircase. Also don't miss the kids room which staff forgot to mentioned when we come with kids, spa can be better prices as the service is ok not great, head massage was ok but hiar wash was great.
Restaurant please add chicken items to menu as if we are not into beef or pork we don't have much options. Even breakfast is good but need some chicken items also, had for one day one chicken itme but then next two days I dint see. But food is great anyway and cna order form room.
Location wise next to it there is indian hotel or mcdonald one km away. Which has amazing food if you are not ready for new food or confused. Nearby marts available walking and also goto right side at night for street racing with small bikes for all ages.
I had a wonderful stay at Fivitel Danang Hotel. The rooftop view is absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. It offers a beautiful panoramic view of Da Nang city that made my stay even more memorable.
The room had a unique and slightly edgy design while still feeling warm and comfortable, almost like being at home. Everything was clean, cozy, and well maintained.
One of the pleasant surprises was the complimentary 30-minute foot massage after check-in, which was a great way to relax after traveling.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was also convenient for exploring Da Nang.
I would definitely stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great views, and excellent hospitality.
The staff is very attentive and nice. The rooms are very pretty and well decorated, the bedding is amazingly soft and comfy. The bathroom stinks, maybe the drain I don't know but we got that since we got in the room. The shower is good, pressure is good, amenities are fine, bring conditioner if you use some because they don't offer it but they have everything else.

Favorite feature: Rooftop garden and bar — one of the best spots in Da Nang to watch the Dragon Bridge show. Make a reservation so you don't miss out.

Beautiful views of the Han River. The room is compact but well equipped with comfortable beds, a balcony with city views, safe, minibar and a bathroom with a seated shower area.
Breakfast offers solid options and the staff are genuinely friendly throughout. Worth noting that tour groups come through regularly which can make common areas busier at certain times — but the overall atmosphere remains quiet and family friendly.
This hotel exceeded my expectations and was found simply by comparing customer reviews and price. Sometimes that approach works out perfectly.
