We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles, kindness, and exceptional service. Their hospitality truly touched our hearts. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh and high-quality food. Every morning was something to look forward to. During our stay, it happened to be my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a beautiful cake and lovely flowers. It was such a thoughtful and unforgettable gesture that made my special day even more meaningful. We were deeply moved by their kindness and attention to detail. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If we visit Da Nang again in the future, we will definitely stay at this hotel again without hesitation. Indeed a gem! Very clean, nice people, nice location, great room with dragon bridge view, decent pool, good food. It was an outstanding stay. As we stayed for 5 nights, they offered us a free drop to the airport. You may also walk to Da Nang cathedral bus stop from this hotel and then take the AC public bus to Hoi An (orange bus with number LK 02) which plies 20-30 minutes till 6 pm and charges 40,000 dong per person. Han market is also walkable from this place. There is also a 24 hours convenience store nearby. Lot of good cafes nearby

Excellent Hospitality & service. We had an amazing stay at fivitel botique. It was our Anniversary and they had made special arrangements in room upon request. Dragon bridge view from the hotel was good. Perfect location to all the nearby tourist spots. They also provided bicycle free of cost which helped us for the sightseeing of nearby places. Indian food was also provided for breakfast. The only dissatisfaction was the massage. It was not that great as expected.

Fivitel Boutique Da Nang is by far one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip to Da Nang. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. We checked in early and were warmly welcomed with complimentary drinks, which was a lovely touch after our flight. Upon entering our room, we were also surprised with complimentary fresh fruits. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service of the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They even assisted us by contacting the airport immigration office to help answer questions regarding our luggage—something we greatly appreciated. Our room had a beautiful view of the Dragon Bridge and the location was perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from Han Market and other attractions. The hotel was also spotless and very well maintained. The food was superb throughout our stay. To make our departure even more memorable, the hotel prepared takeaway food for us because we had an early morning flight. They also provided a complimentary ride to the airport, which was an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. From the excellent service, delicious food, convenient location, friendly staff, and outstanding cleanliness, Fivitel Boutique Da Nang exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Da Nang!
