The hospitality here is genuinely excellent. The hotel feels modern and new, and it’s kept spotlessly clean. Breakfast is limited in variety but good quality — no complaints there. A few things held it back from five stars: No in-room safe. You have to leave valuables with reception, which meant my watches and MacBook were locked away and effectively unusable for the stay — I wasn’t going to keep checking them in and out all day. Room temperature. This was the biggest issue. It seems to run on central AC, and no matter what we set it to, the room wouldn’t cool below a certain point. We like sleeping cold (around 20°C), and it just wasn’t achievable. The cups are tiny. Genuinely had to split my morning coffee across two of them. I asked for a bigger cup and the only option was plastic. Small thing, but it’s the first thing you notice in the morning. None of this ruined the stay as the fundamentals are strong and the staff are a real asset. Fix the safes, sort out the AC control, and buy some proper mugs, and this would be a five-star stay without question.

Overall a good experience, good location, value for money, given the price you pay. We stayed in 2 different rooms and thought the double deluxe room was smaller because the toilet was smaller, we liked it better because the shower was a proper one vs the premier double as the shower had to be done in the bathtub. Personally, breakfast was so so, we didn’t like the options though we paid for it, we went out for breakfast. Nice view at the rooftop, however pool was over chlorinated, and the gym was basically a hot room (no aircon) with 3 pieces of equipment. But I would stay here for the location. Nothing else.

Love love love this hotel! Everything is so close by convenient stores, salons, restaurants etc! The room is clean,modern and spacious. The staffs are so friendly. Thank you so much to everyone for their kindness and hospitality. I felt very safe and welcomed while traveling solo. I would definitely come back again❤️🩷

The hotel has a very elegant and luxurious feel, and I managed to book it at a promotional rate through Trip.com, which made it even better value for money. The staff were friendly, attentive and always willing to help. They would often approach guests proactively whenever they noticed someone might need assistance, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was decent with a good selection of food. I stayed on Level 9, and the view from my room was fantastic. The room itself was beautifully designed, comfortable, and inviting. In fact, I felt so relaxed that I was tempted to stay in the room rather than venture out into the scorching Da Nang heat during my visit. The only downside was the bathroom setup, where the shower was combined with the bathtub. It could be a little slippery and not very convenient when showering inside the bathtub. Without a proper divider, water tended to splash across the bathroom floor, making it harder to keep the area dry. That said, this was a minor issue compared to the overall experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
