Booked 2 nights, didn't even stay for 1. Was really just to store our bags for the day and stay one night but we didn't even want to do that.
Everything about this place felt dirty. Elevator, room had a musky mould smell about it, mould around the air conditioning, air deodorising machine was dirty. Unfortunately the odour was too over powering. Laid on the Bed - it was hard, we just found somewhere else instead
I don’t recommend this place, the photos doesn’t match with reality, also the offer a room with out windows and did not informed that!
The staff is okay and location is next to the da nang beach, but it is not a beach front !
The breakfast is poor option I could have it, the only I tried was 8:45 and the food was gone!!

My stay at Dylan Hotel was disappointing. The room had a significant termite problem, with termites visible inside the room throughout my stay.
In addition, one night the electricity went out repeatedly, around ten times. Each outage caused the air conditioning to stop working, which made the room extremely uncomfortable given the heat. The power cuts also affected the elevator, making it unavailable for periods of time.
What was most frustrating was the hotel’s response. Despite the termite issue and the repeated power outages, no apology was offered and there was no attempt to address the inconvenience caused to guests.
Overall, the condition of the room, the repeated electrical problems, and the lack of customer service made for a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay at Dylon. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with all the essential amenities. A real highlight was the rooftop pool, which offers a beautiful view of the sea. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone visiting Da Nang.
Room smells like mold. Not as advertised. Bed was shitty. Shower wasn't hot enough. No windows. Felt like jail cell. Smelled of mold. Staff was unhelpful when issues were brought to them. As if sunlight is a luxury in a four star hotel. Room was far more ugly then online. Was told we need to pay to have a window. Absolutely embarrassing treatment. TV was small and didn't work at all. Batteries were dead and deshaped. Absolutely unacceptable. Had to find correct position in the room to make remote for tiny TV to work. Who has a 2024 renovation with TV's from the 90s. Absolutely gross and unequivocally undeniably appalling. Never stay here. Save your money.
